After reading The Children Of Never I was curious about Quinlan and Donal's beginning so I decided to buy the kindle edition. ( it is only available in kindle) Though the listing here says there are only 40 pages it is actually 699 pages. It is a fast read. I enjoyed finding out how it all started.
Damn that was an intense little short story from the series A War Priests Of Andrak Saga. So fast paced and action packed, I can't wait to read the first book The Children Of Never. Fantastic worldbuilding and the characters are quite intriguing. In a world where light holds back the darkness, an endless and relentless enemy known as the Omegri have come to destroy the Purifying Flame and life itself. Every three months one hundred knights are chosen to defend the castle along with the fabled priests of Castle Andrak, Known as the Burning Season. Our main protagonist Donal Sawq a young squire to Sir Forlei is thrown into deep end of battle when his master Knight is killed during their first battle. Can Donal survive this nightmare of hundred day's of the Burning Season and live to go home. Very enjoyable and hard to put down, highly recommend...😁💥🔥
