An excellent telling of the start of the war in Bayverse lore. Yeah, sure Optimus is a little... agressive, especially with Starscream since that's BEFORE the war, it's fine. I like the idea of The Fallen manipulating Megatron from his headstone thing, and Bumblebee going from cop to Autobot was interesting to say the least.

I've heard Foundation fleshes the story out more, so I cannot wait to get my hands on that book.

Art was great, writing was great, so yeah, Bayverse IDW stuff has left a good impression and I can't wait to read more!

Enjoyed

Yes I enjoyed this version of the Transformers comic an would prefer more taking place on Cybertron. It's a more mature story than previous stories. I also liked the alien machine appearance instead of the Earth type vehicles.
