Two Disney history live streamers fall in love beneath the watchful eyes of the Haunted Mansion. But as their past begins to haunt their present, what they fear most might just follow them home.

I didn’t want anything to do with @EricOntheHunt. He was arrogant, egotistical, and went through women in the Disney creator community faster than the Rocket Rods (I mean, if they had ever really worked). When Eric insisted he could make me fall in love with him in just one week in Walt Disney World, I couldn’t wait to prove him wrong (and get lots of content for my followers in the process). But Eric was full of surprises, making me second guess what I knew about him. The more I saw what I hadn’t seen before, the harder I fell for the man I hadn’t planned to love. The man I could never, ever trust.
Could I let him scale the gates I’d closed around my heart, or would he only make me build them higher?

I’ve been in love with Colette from the moment I first saw her. She dance-walked her way through the Disneyland crowds and under my skin with her red hair and wild independence, and I knew I had to have her. But she refused to look my way.
Now, just when I finally get her to see beyond my mistakes and glimpse who I want to be, my past comes back to haunt me in the worst way possible, threatening the only thing that matters to me.
Colette is my future world. If I can only make her see…
Inspired by the author @disneycicerone’s experience as a Disney Parks live streamer and content creator, this clean-read romantic suspense weaves obscure Disney history and all the Disney feels together in a novel designed specifically for anyone who calls the Disney Parks their home.
A timeless romance that emphasizes the importance of communication, understanding, and forgiveness. I absolutely loved this! A wholesome read with awesome Disney history facts. Here’s to hoping for a third book!
This is so far my favorite book Kate has written! Great banter and an enemies to lovers (and back) trope. Colette and Eric’s internal monologue truly makes it easy to connect to the characters.
The first book was so bad it was entertaining. This book was just bad. The only thing that kept me reading was my friends talking about the absolutely wild ending. I don't know if it was worth it.
TW cause this book desperately needs it: sexual assault, stalking, hurricanes, blood mention, multiple injuries including an incident with broken glass and another where someone has a broken rib, loss of a parent (off page)
3.5 - its a silly little story and though I love all the Disney facts they feel forced into the narrative and as a huge Disney fan, there are some logistics that are just not real (especially - having just gone through planning a disney wedding - all the wedding/reception stuff.) But... its Disney and for that reason, I love it and can forgive a lot of improbable things.
