In May, Belinda meets Ryan when she is chosen to be the fire warden for her floor in the building where her company is housed. Ryan is a fire fighter who teaches fire safety on the side. For them it's an instant attraction. For the most part, I did like this one. It's a fairly mild romance as far as heat goes. I did like watching the couple fall for each other. Belinda has a 4 YO daughter named Charlie who is adorably enthusiastic. I loved the scene at fire station where she kept parroting something her aunty Sasha taught her. It was adorable. While not my favorite of the set so far, I do still recommend it.
I had the incredible honor of receiving an ARC of this book, and it was just too adorable. It is such a good fluffy quick read with a cute fireman, a single bomb, and a adorable little girl that steals your heart. I can’t get enough. I cannot wait to see what else this author brings us.
Single mother Belinda meets firefighter Ryan during a training session that her work volunteered her for. The sparks flew for both, so Ryan took a chance and asked her out. Learning Belinda is a single mother doesn't put Ryan off, and the two soon start to navigate a relationship. With cuteness overload, very low on drama, this was an ok short story, and I give it 4 stars.
