Beg Me is about Remington Steele. Out of the four delicious Steele brothers, Rem is the youngest. He's just moved to Vegas for a fresh start & to be closer to his brothers who are also dealers at the casinos there. Nothing seems to satisfy Rem anymore & his brothers suggest he calls FANTA-C, the exclusive matchmaking agency that fixes you up with your perfect woman for one perfect night where anything goes. It's confidential & Rem decides to take their advice & give it a try. He then comes face to face with the only woman he's ever loved, Cara Winters. Cara was his college sweetheart, & he hasn't seen her in five years since she left him & broke his heart. Cara is now a sub looking for a night where she can experience her deepest fantasies. When she sees Rem she realizes she's never been able to forget him, & no man could ever compare to him. Rem is a Dom, & excites her in every way. Rem is hesitant to be around Cara again, but decides what's the harm in them spending one night together where they can both fulfill all their fantasies. He gives her a night that is extremely memorable & she wants more. She wants him to give her another chance at them being a real couple again, & Rem has to decide if he can trust her again with his heart. I really enjoyed this sexy series & LOVED all the Steele brothers! Another fab series by Jennifer Probst & just a little dirtier than her usual! Just DELICIOUS!!! ;))

-Damn her. Damn her for making him want her this badly again.

-Oh, God, his body. Cara had never forgotten that body.

-Her fingers curled with the need to reach out and touch him.

-Remington Steele was addictive. Her body had never forgotten him, and was well trained in responding to the slightest touch or look.

-The sheer freedom of giving herself over to this man who'd once held her heart in an iron grip coursed through her like a delicious drug.

In this last installment of the Steele Brothers series aptly titled Beg Me, Jennifer Probst has readers like myself begging for more for Remington Steele. In this first three books, we have read and witnessed three perfect matches via Fanta-C agency for the Steele Brothers, and now the youngest brother Remington is ready to be matched. Remington is a true alpha Dominant and is in search for a woman who can handle his need for control and Dominant tendencies. What he didn't expect was to be matched up with an old flame that left him brokenhearted. When Cara Winters stood before Remington, all her emotions and feelings for this man she loved begins to flood back. Can Cara beg this man to take her to new sexual limits and back into his life after walking out on him five years ago? Will Remington have Cara begging on her knees as she submits to his will?

#BEGME_jennifer

Beg Me happens to be my favorite of the series. I thought this book had the perfect balance of erotic elements while weaving a tangible connections between the characters. Ms. Probst was able to incorporate the BDSM trope while keeping readers like myself engage with the intense emotional past that Remington and Cara had. I loved that within this short quick steamy read, this book was detailed as it explained what happened years ago and at the same time kept the focus on the present moment and the brewing passion and flame being reignited. So if you want a hot sexually charged romance that will have you begging for more, then Beg Me by Jennifer Probst is the book to help satisfy that need.

A hot and kinky erotic short story.

Remington Steel thought he knew exactly what he and Cara wanted and needed. He had his life planned out together with the woman he loved. But when she unexpectedly leaves him without a farewell or explanation she leaves a deep scar in his heart.

Reuniting with his brothers in Las Vegas a few years later, he’s still trying to find the connection he’s been missing. Indulging his brothers, he signs up at the exclusive matchmaking service and is promptly called to meet the woman who’ll fulfill his deepest fantasy. Never in his wildest dreams would he have imagined that he would come face to face with Cara. Will he forever close the door on his past or can he forgive her?
“His fantasy had been the same exact thing. A woman he could break. A woman he could conquer. A woman he could heal. A woman who could heal hi.”

Handling such a domineering and self-assured man is no easy feat and Cara was simply not up to the task. She didn’t know herself well enough to face the kind of future Remington was so sure of. So she left. But she’s grown into herself and is now ready to be the woman Remington wanted and needs. Can they get over their past in order to have a shot at a second chance?
“He was a man who could bring her to a ruthless orgasm, yet care for her with such shattering tenderness.”

Following the same recipe from the previous novellas, Remington (yeah I thought of the 80s show too, turns out he was named after Pierce B.) and Cara are setup to meet for one night to indulge in their deepest fantasies, but one night is not enough and after some bumps in the road they get over the hurdles that had complicated their relationship. The big difference between this book and its predecessors are the extra kink and second chance elements.
“Tonight was not just about being physically naked, but emotionally.”

Even though this story is scolding hot and incredibly erotic with its intense sex scenes, I found it hard to connect with the characters. I think I would have loved a full length novel for these two. Because I liked Rem’s power and passion but I did cringe at a couple of times at his derogatory comments. And I liked how Cara came into herself but somehow their reunion didn’t quite work for me. I do recommend this as an erotic quick read.

Beg Me is novella #4 in Steele Brothers series by Jennifer Probst. It can be read as a standalone. Told from alternating points of view with a happy ending. WARNING: This is an erotic story with some DBSM, intended for mature readers 18+.

Audio Review: Beg Me (Steele Brothers #4) by Jennifer Probst, Narrated by Matthew Williamson

The Steele Brothers take some getting used to. Probst takes alpha to a whole new level, yet never seems to lose sight of the emotion that has earned her the moniker "fan favorite". Beg Me is a sensual joyride into an unpredictable romance. Remington and Cara are haunted by a past that ended far too soon and a present, that could spell they're undoing. Escape into a world where emotions run deep and temptation is only a heartbreak away.

ARC REVIEW

Beg Me, the final and previously never before released Steele Brother book and probably the most BDSM predominate themed of the series. Rem Steele always knew he was a dominate and in college when he found the perfect girl; his perfect submissive he knew. Cara wasn't so sure and at times it scared her so she left without explanation, leaving Rem broken hearted. Rem was never able to get over Cara, every woman since has been a poor comparison to Cara. Rem was the last of his brothers to finally make the move to Vegas, and his brothers knowing him gave him the FANTA-C card. Rem only did it so that he could finally move on. But FANTA-C really works magic the perfect date they matched up for Rem is Cara.

It was first supposed to be the final hurrah, one last time to get each other out of their systems. But all it did was dig them in deeper into each other's hearts. Cara was finally able to verbalize her fears to Rem and admitted she hadn't orgasimed since him.

"I'll give you as many orgasms as you can handle."
Oh, no.
She stood frozen in place. Her belly fluttered with sweet anticipation and a hint of dread.
Through the night they finally open up fully to each other and now Cara is willing to be exactly what she needs to be with Rem, but now with the new information of why Cara left Rem is scared that he isn't the dom she needs and rejects her. Rem, with the help of his brothers realizes his mistake, but it might be too late for Rem to win Cara over after the last rejection. Rem isn't going to give Cara up that easy though.

Overall, this series surprised me. I never knew Jennifer Probst could be this versatile. The progression of BDSM throughout the series gradually becomes more intense so by the time you get to Beg Me it can be a little tough for some to handle, I loved it, but I think I've just got thick skin when it comes to that. All the characters are great, I love the brothers. The struggles that they each have to overcome are very believable and very real struggles people face in the lifestyle.

This is the fourth book in a series, and can be enjoyed as a standalone.

Remington Steele (yes, I died, too, reading that name!) is the youngest of the four Steele brothers and the last to leave his home in Atlantic City to become a Vegas dealer. He's also the next on the list to get a night of extreme pleasure via the FANTA-C matching service. Remy's been feeling down, unable to build a bond with a new female sub for years...not since his college sweetheart, first and only love, and first D/s partner fled their home leaving only a note on his dresser.

So, naturally, the woman of his dreams is Cara--and she's his FANTA-C match for one night only.

I liked this one. What gal doesn't want to pass out from too many orgasms, amiright? Cara's a BBW, and she was really fragile when she first met Remny in college. She couldn't tolerate his compliments, which led to lots of punishment. She wasn't sure about the direction of her life, and she panicked. It happens. She explains all this in their night together, and it solidifies one thing for her...Remy is the only man who can be a partner to her in all ways.

Remy, on the other hand, thinks their one night is a chance to purge the toxic emotions from his memory. He's pined for Cara too long to just let it all go...right?

Well, it's a ROMANCE and an HEA is required. Fear not, it happens. It's a sexy short read, with a sub that will not be denied, and a Dom who will not relinquish control. This was one of the more strong BDSM titles in the series, with bondage, orgasm denial, and flogging. Expect lots of tears from both parties, and a break-up to make up formula, as is the norm here. Enjoyable, quick, sexy read to fill in your time waiting for the nurse to call you into an examining room.

Remington Steele...yes you are reading correctly was the Final Cherry on top in this series!

Oh Yeah, I lost count on how many times I blushed Cherry Red while reading this book.  Rem is totally what I imagined he would be.  Sexy, confident hot Dominant Man who takes no mercy.

Cara is just all kinds of awesome.  She messed up and knows that once she sees Remington again, she can't let go of her feelings towards him.  We find out whether Rem will move on from their past.

Yes Rem is a very dominant male and boy did he have my panties in a bunch with how he let's Cara know that she hurt him.

This book ends off this series with a BIG bang!

You will be very satisfied and may need to have a drink or a cigarette after reading.

(I don't condone smoking but shoot, I was ready for one after finishing this book!)

4 star review Beg Me (Steele Brothers #4) by Jennifer Probst

Audio Review:
For such a quick listen, narrator Matthew Williamson certainly kept me entertained and did justice to this story from Jennifer Probst. This is the fourth book I have listened to in this series and it was entertaining and as steamy as the the other books.
This time it is Remington Steele who is using the agency, FANTA-C at the recommendation of his brothers to experience the fantasy of his dreams and hopefully get him out of the rut that he has been in for what seems like forever. I have to say I smiled throughout this story as it took me back many years ago to when I used to watch the Remington Steele tv series.
This is a second chance at love story for Remington and Cara Winters, the one who got away. Can Remington forgive her for leaving him and put the past behind him or will he let her leave?
This was a short , steamy, slightly kinky story that had me invested from the first to the last chapter.

Rem is happy that his brother’s have found love but at the same time he feels an ache for the one woman who still owns his heart. His brothers all met the women who have claimed their hearts through a matchmaking service, and they convinced him to give it a try.

When Cara shows up for her date she finds out that it is with Rem, the man she loved and lost. They had been planning a future together however her insecurities caused her to flee leaving them both with a broken heart. They agree to spend one night together and go their separate ways but will one night be enough?

Time nor distance had diminished the love or chemistry between Rem and Cara and now that their positions have been reversed Cara is determined to show him that she knows what she wants and what she wants is him. I enjoyed the performance of the narrator and thought he did a great job with the characters and the story.

Audio Review
This may have been a quick listen but it still packed a mighty punch and narrator Matthew Williamson did a wonderful job bringing this entertaining, steamy story to life.
This is Remington Steele’s and Cara Winter’s tale and its a great tale about their life in the BDSM world and life at the FANTA-C club. Remington is recommended by his brothers to have one night of fantasy at the club but what this Dom didn’t expect was for his sub to be the woman who walked away from him and his kinks all those years ago. Can Remington forget the past and the pain Cara left him with and can Cara convince him this really is the life she desires.....
A short, steamy romance that captivated me from the first words to the last line. I love the Steele Brothers Series and Beg Me is a great addition to this series of quick reads or listens.

It's called the past for a reason. The real test is can you move from it and build from scratch.

Remington and Cara were two lost souls. Past lovers looking to feel a void left from 5 years ago. Regardless of where life took them, that one night opened the flood gates. Rem was still in denial but Cara went on to prove her growth, stability, and bratty submission. How could a Dom resist a subs cry for love, respect, and total devotion? You can't.

This second chance romance was a fun push and pull of growth not only for the runaway lover/submissive but the battered and bruised Dom.

Beg Me is the 4th book in the Steele Brothers series. This is a second chance romance with BDMS scenes that will have you hooked until the end. This novella was hott and the author was able to pack quite a bit into the story. The book detailed what happened years ago while also focusing on the present. This was Remington and Cara's story and a was a short, fun, slightly kinky, fast paced novel. The book was narrated by Matthew Williamson who did a good job with the characters. He brought the characters to life and was able to keep me entertained while I listened to the novel.

Hot, hot, hot! This whole series has been sexy, and I really didn't think Jennifer Probst could get hotter than Dare Me, the third book in the series - But, she did. Rem and Cara generate enough heat to melt your phone, especially when combined with Matthew Williamson's oh, so sexy voice. This book, like its predecessors, is a novella-length listen, but Probst excels at packing a lot of story into each couple's book. Beg Me gives us a second chance romance for this pair, and I love that it's not in the standard form of so many second chance love stories out there right now. Rem is such a good guy, and it was refreshing to find a story in this trope where the guy isn't struggling to make amends. Nope, the roles are reversed here, and we get to see some of the growth that these characters have gone through on their way back to each other. I'll stop there before I give the whole story away, and just leave it at once again Jennifer Probst's story-telling and Matthew Williamson's voice have come together for a story so good you won't be able to hit that pause button.

Jennifer Probst has saved the kinkiest for last with Beg Me, along with giving us a second chance romance to boot. It does follow mostly the same formula as the first three stories in terms of the meet, one night, try for more with complications and then the resolution, but Beg Me kicks things up a notch with the most intense erotic scenes of this series.

You can't not like Remington, even when he's being stubborn and afraid of getting hurt again (yes, let's be honest-afraid). He exudes alpha power and strength, and like his brothers before him, you'll be adding him to your permanent book boyfriends list (the extra kinky ones).

Cara is an obvious submissive, and the way she and Remington interact clearly shows a natural match of personalities. While we don't get a ton of background on their previous relationship with each other when they were in college, it is made up for with their story this second time around as they learn about each other again.

Highly intense and explicit, Beg Me was a 4-star read for me and another fantastic addition to the Steele Brothers series. Recommended only for 18+ due to adult language and explicit erotic/BDSM scenes. Have your fire extinguishers handy for this one folks, you're going to need them!

I loved this book. I loved all of them, but this one was just so much hotter. I very much enjoyed the premise and having an old flame come back and the second change being possible. I thought Rem was hot hot hot, and he is probably my new favorite dom. I think a full length novel of him and Cara would be a thousand times better than 50 shades of grey. Even just this short novella was awesome, but more would be even better! The past hurt was a good addition to the story between Rem and Cara, and I enjoyed learning about them. I thought Cara was perfect as a sub, that she was tough and still was able to be what Rem needed. Rem was so mysterious, sexy, and sensitive to Cara and her needs, yet the most intense dom of the brothers. I give this book 5 screaming steamy stars and recommend that everyone read the four Steele Brother's novellas!

Received an ARC for an honest review. The Steele Series is about four brothers who are close in all they do in life, including sharing their lives in BDSM culture. This book we get introduced to Remington Steele, the youngest of the brothers who fell in love with Cara Winters. Cara was the girl who got away, and Rem was still feeling the pain years later.

As with all first loves, we make the mistake of hiding our real feelings, wants, and needs. I have read this series twice, and can honestly say that I missed the meaning behind this series. It doesn't matter what lifestyle you choose for yourself as long as you are honest to yourself and to the person you fall in love with, communication in the key in any and all relationships.

Imagine trying to calm your rapidly beating heart as you wait in a hotel room. You're interested in the BDSM lifestyle, and you're a submissive who's just been matched by an agency to a dominant man who can grant all your darkest fantasies for the night.

A knock sounds, and you smooth your barely there skirt before opening the door to find that you've been matched with your first love - Remington Steele, the man who you broke up with five years ago with just a note.

That's the predicament that Cara Winters finds herself in, a situation that occurs early on in Jennifer Probst's fourth and final Steele Brothers novella. It's a sizzling moment that fulfilled my own reading fantasy, and a beginning that begged me (sorry I couldn't resist) to continue reading because I couldn't wait to find out how Cara and Rem overcame their demons to discover their HEA.

"Waves of tightly wound energy snapped around him. Underneath, Cara caught the sexual chemistry between them flare to life and crackle like a live wire. It was still there. Even after years apart, the moment they came near each other, the connection took over, drawing them together like magnets doomed to never separate."

Ahh, the fated love scene was my favorite moment in the story, but my enjoyment didn't end there.

No.

Another reviewer said that the rest of the story faded after Cara and Rem's one night, but I disagree with that comment. After their sexy encounter, the story focuses on the hero and heroine's journey of forgiveness and second chances. I loved these scenes because they were opportunities to spotlight the heart of both protagonists while the heat level was turned down. I enjoyed those moments because the characters found out what they truly wanted, even though they hadn't admitted the truth to themselves yet.

Ooh yes, the sexual tension coiled tight here, and my heart raced with anticipation. I wanted to use my safe word because the plot threads squeezed too tight.

In this story Rem seems to have the longer battle to fight, but that didn't mean that Cara sat back and didn't have anything to do either. I understood Cara's reasoning for breaking up with Rem, (but the way she did it broke my heart as well as Rem's) and the admission she reveals to him (I won't spoil it!) is filled with a little hesitancy, but enough self-confidence that had me cheering for her. A lot of Cara's battle had been fought years earlier after she left Rem, but the demons remained for the readers to see.

I appreciated Rem's battle. As a dominant man it was incredibly hard to try and trust Cara again (or anyone really). Meanwhile, we were able to see Cara's renewed self-confidence and her battle to receive a second chance with Rem.

As a novella it is hard to deliver a satisfying story without feeling rushed, but I think that the author did a great job of balancing the sexy scenes surrounding the other ones with heart.

Jennifer warns readers that this was an intense BDSM story, and not the typical one some have come to expect from her work. I haven't read the previous books in the Steele Brothers' series (I definitely will now though), but I loved every single part of this novella, and I finished the story within a day.

Beg Me by Jennifer Probst is book four in the Steel Brothers series and gives two people a shot at a second chance.

Remington Steele is in Vegas to be with his brothers. They all agree he needs to experience FANTA-C for himself, especially since it did a great job of connecting them with their women. Remington already had his heart broken once, when his college sweetheart left him and he’s not too keen on the idea, but agrees regardless. Good thing he did because FANTA-C pairs him up with Cara, the only woman he’s every loved.

Cara isn’t the same woman who left Remington. She’s confident and knows exactly what she wants. Remington only wants to experience one night with her, as a way to get over each other, but Cara has other ideas.

I loved Remington and Cara together. It was very clear how much they still loved each other. Beg Me is a wonderful second chance romance, filled with many sexy moments, and a love that won’t quit! Definitely recommended.

This is Rem and Cara's story and as the author says, "This book is different." So of course I had to read it.
They were an item many years ago. Then Cara ran away.
Neither realised that they had both booked the same night at FANTA-C and surprise, surprise, guess who their partners are.
The story begins and after that first night Rem doesn't want to have anything to do with her - he doesn't want to be hurt again, but it is a happily ever after story, after all.
The sex is explicit so if you think you can't handle it, read something else. The story is very nicely written though and quite educational. It is easy to read too and a lovely second chances tale.
I received a free copy of this book from the author and this is my voluntary and unbiased review.

So very sexy. Remington and Cara were a couple in college, but Cara left suddenly and for Remington, without warning, leaving him heartbroken. Five years later, unexpectedly, via Fanta-C they have a chance to reconnect as dom and sub. Cara wants more but Rem resists. Can Cara push him to see they could have a beautiful future?

This story of the fourth and final Steele brother is just as sweet, sexy, and satisfying as the previous three. I loved the camaraderie of the brothers and their mates, the family love and support was beautiful. Yet again, Matthew Williamson narrated this story, encapsulting the passion and desire, the love and acceptance with his excellent acting. There is another book in the series, which I will be listening to asap.

This is a quick and steamy second-chance love story in the Steele Brothers series.

All of the Steele Brothers books revolve around the matchmaking service Fanta-C, and this time around Remmington is match up with his ex, Cara. Cara and Rem had a relationship years ago, but Cara ran because she wasn't ready for the dom/sub relationship that Rem wanted, and now she is.

This book was a quick read, with lots of heat and steam, and we really got to experience the uncertainty and pain in Rem's mind, and the newfound confidence in Cara's. The narration by Matthew Williamson was very good and enjoyable.

Remington is a card dealer and has been in a funk. His brothers get him an invitation to a exclusive match making business. He gets one night to fulfill his fantasies and the woman who is waiting for him is his ex. Cara ran from Rem once but she wants a second chance. She is a special education teacher and still loves Rem. They have one night but he was hurt by her once and won't chance it again. But when he finds out she is going to do a scene with another Dom, he must realize his feelings or lose her.
Second chances. BDSM. Sex. And a great story.

A quick and dirty listen that'll leave you panting. This couple is given a second chance. One night together has brought up insecurities from the past despite how well their sexual chemistry is. Their on a journey of moving forward and discovering things about themselves. The narrator's voice is gravelly and powerful and you can feel it resonate throughout your body as he brings their characters to life. I overall enjoyed it and I definitely could have read more about this couple.

Rekindling the psst

Remington moved to Vegas to be with his brothers yet he is missing that special someone. He signed up for one night..Cara is waiting for one night and finds her ex lover/boyfriend at the door. He takes control and finds she couldn't commit to the past but wants to try. Remi wants nothing of the relationship until he finds she is going to do a public demonstration and he finally gives in to the love he feels for Cara.
