Mr. Keller adds to his series with this 46th entry. Again, there are 18 cases of true crime cases to read. I do recognize 2 of the cases in this entry, but the rest are new to me. Of particular note was the story of the adulterous husband who asphyxiated his wife so that he could continue his affair with the school teacher “friend” of the family. The callousness of this crime was really evident. He is a terrible example of a man.
KU read, highly recommended for true crime fans. Mr. Keller has once again written a good book of cases.
This prolific author writes true crime collections on varying subjects and this particular series (Murder...Vile) s one of his best. If you enjoy his books you will likely want to read Jason Neal, Daniela Airlie, and my new favorite, Jamie Malton. The case I was most familiar with in this series is the Stacey Lannert story and can I just say what a piece of work her mother is?
First off Mr. Keller is one of my favorite authors. He’s gives you enough details to keep you intrigued but sticks to the facts as well… the only thing I wish is something out of his control mainly and that’s more books! lol….. so if you are looking for a good true crime book and author then look no further! Keep up the great work and can’t wait for next one
Excellent True-Crime book. Robert Keller is a very skillful writer who presents the facts of a case and brings the story to a conclusion in six pages or so. In this case, eighteen gruesome stories. There is just a wealth of information offered here and leads one to read tale after tale, with the reader thinking “just one more” and surprised to find him/herself at the end of the book.
I have been reading this author’s books, for years in fact I’ve read them over again,he is a great writer, and if u are a true crime reader, and you have never read, any of his books, please try u won’t be disappointed a great read.
Truly interesting cases within the pages of this book and very well written as always. This author is one of the best, his writing is easy to follow, and keeps the reader's attention.
Short stories and pretty much straight to the point. These stories, for lack of a better term, really brings the reality of how many people are truly evil…
