About the author

Gerald Leinwand received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1941, his Masters degree from Columbia University in 1945 and his Doctorate from New York University in 1963. He was Dean Emeritus of the School of Education at Bernard M. Baruch College/CUNY and President Emeritus of Western Oregon University.

although this is just a collection of articles put together for a book. it was very insightful on the world back then. there is even a “further inquiry” section after each chapter for you to engage in the reading which i enjoyed it brought about some questions i should explore within myself as a consumer of narcotics.
