I absolutely love the Littleworld series! I love how each story is about a different couple, but they come to visit in the next books.
I was soo excited for nurse Brian to get his story! Lacey was absolutely perfect for him. I loved how gentle he was.
Lacey desperately needed a soft but firm touch, and Brian delivered in spades!

Captivating read that you’ll love every moment of, a Little looking for love and a Daddy
He moved them away from their home and took her out of school at eighth grade so that she has not had any contact with school friends or regular education. She has managed to uses her father’s computer without him knowing she is able to even operate a computer.
For the last ten years since her mother died the abuse she has suffered at his hands, he had broken bones and burned all of her books purchased by her beloved mother and all he does is use her like a slave where she is expected to wash, clean and cook and if she is ever late or not up to scratch, he beats her with his belt, twists her arm or kicks her in the stomach it is horrendous.
When she goes to the local BDSM club and plays with the other Littles one of them notices that she is not using her left had and brings this to Brians attention, he is a nurse on Littleworld and when he looks at her injuries and recognises her abuse, he knows that he cannot continue to wait for his little girl, he has to get her away from her father.
Lacey has dreamed about Brian being her Daddy but has kept him at arm’s length because she is too embarrassed for anyone to discover that she is being abused by her own father and that she has to dress in clothes with holes she repairs over and over again but Brian has no interest in any of this he simply wants to take her home and keep her safe.
After a very busy weekend Lacey decides that she wants to accept being sponsored by Brian on Regression Island where he will act as her daddy, he will care for all of her needs and hopefully if she accepts him will become her forever daddy.
This was a simply wonderful read and I guarantee that other readers will be as totally blown away by this simply wonderful read, this is such a very different reason for a little and daddy to come together on Regression Island, their love is wonderful and the growing trust is truly heartwarming reading.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

I love this amazing series by Paige Michaels 🩷 This particular book, in the series, explores the life of an abused Little. The FMC, Lacey tries to mentally escape her abusive father, by secretly reading books and being around her other Little friends at the club. She’s terrified to let anyone get too close though, including Nurse Brian who has had his eye on Lacey for awhile. After discovering Lacey’s been physically hurt, and by asking more in depth questions, Brian insists on getting her away from her father. Lacey goes with Brian to Littleworld, an age regression island. Brian tries to help Lacey work through her trauma, while Lacey tries to adjust to her new life, but it’s not easy. I really enjoyed getting to read about Lacey’s journey as she tries to heal 🩷

A feel good story to grab your attention.
I found this to be a sweet story, although some of the subject matter is extremely traumatic for Lacey. Regression Island seems to be the perfect place to escape to.
I was really happy that Brian was able to finally find his Little, abused but not broken. He has the resources to assist in her healing the desire to protect her and the compassion to care for her until she decides what she would like in life.
This story put a smile on my face as Lacey's life improves and she has a worthwhile future to look forward to. Of course, I always enjoy a return to Littleworld.

Lacey’s life had been an absolute disaster since her mom passed away when she was 10. Because of her abusive father she hadn’t been allowed out of the house, not even to go to school, since she finished grade 8!. Were it not for his hunting weekends away, when she would sneak out to the Dungeon, she might never have come to Brian’s attention. But one Friday night he did notice her injuries and after convincing her to let him help her he ended up taking her first to his friend's apartment and then to his own home in Littleworld. Brian is the Daddy that Lacey always wanted and needed. He brings her inner little to the forefront and allows her to be true to herself. Her abusive past causes Brian to make adjustments to the more “usual” DDlg relationship and she thrives under his loving guidance. A sad, sweet, sultry and empowering romance. 4 Stars

Oh Lacey, her story broke my heart, and then mended it again when she got her HEA. And Brian? I have been so excited for his story, and it was totally worth the wait! Commanding, caring, and willing to do anything for his one.
This story is all about acceptance, healing, accepting what you actually deserve, and going after what you want. It was a fast paced read, with some lovely familiar faces popping up! A trip to Littleworld always puts a smile on my face!

This was another fantastic book to read it gave you plenty of the emotions that keep you turning the pages, the story was well written and the characters were amazing. Lacey and Brian, Lacey has been mistreated and only got worse when her mother died. Brian is a nurse on Regression Island and lives there aswell. Brian has been watching Lacey having a crush on her since he had seen her at the Dungeondx where Littles like to go and play, that was all Brian needed to have a conversation and caring for her.

Her father became abusive and moved them into an isolated area so that she could not go to school or interact with other children. She found the Dungeon where the other Littles met and attended when her father was gone on his hunting weekends. There, she meets Brian, a nurse on Regression Island. He is the Daddy that she has dreamed about, and she is the Little that he wants. He is caring and works around her limits. They have their HEA, which is an excellent addition to the series.

I loved this well written and well described story. I wanted to hug and comfort Lacey and I was delighted that Daddy Brian was there to do it. I loved their relationship, there is so much love and trust between them and some hot erotic sexy scenes. This series and book is full of consensual submission to regression with lots of love and support. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. Each story in this series is different and unique and I hope that this talented author has more to come from Regression Island.

Finally! I have been waiting for this story since the series started. Because nurse Brian finally finds his Little girl. To say that I was excited to red this is putting it mildly. Daddy Brian did not disappoint. He was dominating in the best way possible and I enjoyed watching him take control of Lacey and give her everything she needed. This book is a favourite. Easy going fast paced finished in one sitting relaxing loved even felt the book ran so fast needed more of the story more insights in Lacey's journey with the healing from her abusive father even more of her past and abusing scenes how Brian is helping her through these journey maybe reading her nightmare her suffering of sleeping in night would the story more depth but overall loved and going backwards to read the whole series

This is LittleWorld Book 20 and it just gets better. Lacey will make you cry, laugh and cheer for her throughout the entire book.

This story pulled on the heart strings! From the start you love Lacey and want her to have the world and Brian just wants her. When she agrees to go home with him to thie island she finds more then she excepted, love safety and more. This us definitely one you’ll want some tissues for but oh so worth it!

Lacey and Brian
This is a very good, well written, DD/Lg romance. The characters are interesting and lovable. Lacey has been physically and emotionally abused by her father for ten years. If you have read any of the Littleworld series, you may know Nurse Brian. Read how he comes to Lacey’s rescue and she becomes his Little girl.

This is a cute DDLG story. I'm so glad that Lacey finds her Daddy and lives a happy life. Brian's tenderness for her is adorable. As with other books in this series, the Little decides to move to the island very fast and is convinced to wear the diaper and do the age-regress thing, but I guess it's to be expected with books like this.

I got the notification this book had been released when I woke up this morning. I absolutely loved it, as I have all the rest in this series. If you are easily triggered by abuse then I would read with caution but this book was great. My only regret is that I've already finished it.

Lacey has lived with so much pain and could never find a way out till Brain. He steps in and steps up to get Lacey the help she needs and becomes the Daddy of her dreams. Brain deal with the shame of not helping her sooner too. They are just so cute together. Happy reading.

It felt like the author attempted to fit too much into such a small book and as a result, things felt rushed and wrapped up too quickly or neatly. Nothing is really fleshed out and we aren't given a chance to really feel the relationship grow between the two MCs.

Lacey was living with so much pain and couldn't escape until Brian came into her life and helped her heal and become who she was meant to be a little with her Daddy, this was such a sweet tender story and as always cant wait for the next one

I'm so glad that Lacey and Brian found each other. I've been looking forward to finding out more about Brian and I can say I was not disappointed. I loved that Brian was able to be there for Lacey and she was safe with him.

Another heartwarming addition to the Littleworld series. I really enjoyed reading about Lacey and Brian. I loved how kind, gentle, sweet and patient he was with Lacey.
