Omg!!! Danah Logan you have done it once again, this book had me hooked from the beginning, loved every word...it was perfection.

Jules, her aim is to graduate high school and never return to her home town. She works with her parents at their diner and all her plans seem to be going just fine, and then Ethan Davis walks into her life and everything goes sideways.
Ethan, grew up in an orphanage until he was taken in by Marshall Davis, and his whole life changed. He had a roof over his head and food, but with that came being someone entirely different. His whole world changes the moment he sees Jules.
This book is divided into two parts and I loved every freaking thing about it. Jules and Ethan were perfect for each other, their chemistry was intense, the steamy moments between them 🔥...but nothing is perfect and just as they were settling into their new relationship, everything came crushing (burning) down.
Ten years later, Ethan and Jules find themselves face to face...and the threat that tore them apart comes back with a vengeance.
Heartbreaking truths and painful moments, but the love...connection and chemistry was as strong as ever.
Jules and Ethan have always been strong in their own way, but they are stronger together.

Each story Danah writes has me hooked. I was very fortunate to beta read this story, have it preordered, and will read it again when it releases. This book has everything my reader's heart loves: mystery, suspense, romance, action, and so much more.
This is the start of a brand new series, and I am here for it all! Rezoned played in my mind like a movie I didn't want to end. If I could have someone make this into a movie, I'd be first in line for a showing.
Jules is a FMC who truly rises above all that happens in her life, the good and the bad. Her growth from Part 1 to Part 2 will have you rooting for her to be the victor. She has carved out a little slice of heaven, and that soon comes crashing down. Watching her challenge the order had me fist pumping and cheering "YES Girl!"
Ethan didn't want to betray the order, he just wanted her. When the cruel reality of his situation causes him to lose the last ounce of humanity, you wonder if he will be whole again. I don't want to spoil the story, but his emotions good and bad are felt through every step of his journey.
Danah has found her calling. She is an author I enthusiastically recommend. I cannot wait to see The Davis Order come to life and bleed through the pages of my kindle.
The plot is solid and will leave you wanting to read the other siblings' stories before you complete Rezoned. The character development was superb. We meet a brand new set of characters, and each one is unique and original. Starting a new series is never easy, but this one consumes you as you read. You will feel like you are walking alongside Ethan and Jules as they journey to their ending. Five-star read that is currently at the top of my list for 2023.

Ethan - you gorgeous wicked man, you!
Not going to lie, his opening line had my mouth hanging open, then giggling like a schoolgirl.
Trust me, I have not been one in over half a decade. LOL.
Jules - I freaking love her! Goddamn, the spunk on this woman.
Danah Logan didn't mess around. She came in here to slay!
Both my heart & soul.
Ladies, prepare yourselves and keep a spare set of panties because it was volcano hot in here, also ovaries might explode, I don't know.
The author's ability to build their world is crafted with obvious care, making it become an absolute movie in my mind, seriously, her talent is like addiction, any free time I had, was pulled into their world.
It became abundantly clear to me, in the first 2-3 chapters, this was a 5-star read.
But, frankly, it isn't enough, it deserves more than that! So, if I can give it a 10/10? That'd be /my/ rating.
It kept me in such a tight chokehold, I want to go back and start it over!

The emotions in this book jump off of the page and you truly feel all of the pain and joy these characters go through.
Jules is an amazing FMC who goes through a lot and has a ton of amazing strength. You cannot help but to be rooting for her to come out on top and get her HEA.

This is the first book by this author that I have read and all I wanted to do was make sure I had bought her others, so I could continue reading her books. Yes, that’s how much I enjoyed this story.
The story is split into two parts; the past and the present, which is ten years apart. The first section where the past is explored gives vital information about the characters and the expectations by others, the setting, lifestyle and romance. It sets up the ambiance between the two lead characters; Ethan and Jules, as well as other relationships. The second half is super fast paced and I found myself trying to speed read because the story unfolding proved that exciting.
Excitement is just the tip of the emotional iceberg though. You feel a myriad of emotions including immense anger, terrifying fear, enormous empathy, as well as, extreme happiness. These, along with detailed descriptions, make you feel like you are a part of the story. I always enjoy a story that is unpredictable and there are so many twists and turns with surprises that truly come out of left field, I loved it. This story is darkish but it has a good balance and often leans toward the greyer tones.
I can’t wait to read about Theo in Deadzone next.

This book was sent to me by Danah but ofc wont influence my thoughts ♥️
this book is in 2 parts (past & present), and part 1 I spent the most part VERY confused about what was going on.
I do like mystery and intrigue but there’s a fine line between that and confusion 😂 a lot starts to make sense and get cleared up though towards the end!
I love the ‘Order’ the concept of it and the premise of the story and I think it’s the perfect set up for what could be a very juicy series, we meet all the siblings who are going to get their own books.
It’s a dark romance but for me it’s a very light dark romance so I would recommend if you’re getting into dark romance
For me, I felt there needed to more development between Jules and Ethan with their relationship, it all happened very quickly, and I also think she forgave him way too easily considering what actually happened between them 10 years ago
That being said I love the actual story, I just think it should’ve been longer to develop things more deeply and not rush certain aspects of the book, 250 or so pages is quite short for a full story I think!

For me, I felt there needed to more development between Jules and Ethan with their relationship, it all happened very quickly, and I also think she forgave him way too easily considering what actually happened between them 10 years ago
That being said I love the actual story, I just think it should’ve been longer to develop things more deeply and not rush certain aspects of the book, 250 or so pages is quite short for a full story I think!

ethan is a davis, plain and simple and shouldn’t really engage with any outsiders. when he sets his sights on jules everything changes. she is just a girl working in her parents diner when she catches the eye of the forbidden boy.

jules and ethan suffer a lot in this story but they come out stronger in the end

Rezoned is the start of Danah's newest series, The Davis Order and it definitely starts with one intense story.
Jules and Ethan are forbidden, they're not meant to fall for eachother at all. They're connection in the story is magnetic and who doesn't love the 'She's Mine' vibes? Both MCs go through so much in this story, so much pain and suffering, but it makes the end pay off even better after everything they've been through.
A fantastic start to a new series. I can't wait to read the rest of the series!

I won this book In a Goodreads Giveaway. I loved this book. I finished it in one day. I couldn't put it down. It's an unconventional romance and adventure story. Two people that are not meant to be together, can't stay away from each other. A father who is a narcissistic psychotic mafia boss tries to kill his sons girlfriend. Too keep her safe they have to stay apart for ten years, and let his father thinks she's dead. The end is totally amazing and has more great adventure even after the part I revealed so far. Do they ever find their happily ever after? Read it and find out. #goodreadsgiveaway

Great start to a new series! We actually met members of the Davis Order in the author's author series, Into the Dark, so I was excited they were getting their own stories as well. It's not required to read the ITD series beforehand, but I would still recommend it for full enjoyment of getting to know these characters and because those stories are just as good (and being excited for the easter eggs). Now onto this review!
Ethan is adopted into the main family, and he has an unbreakable bond with his foster siblings--Cordin, Theo, Jenn, and Paycen. While he has different dynamics with each of them, you can tell they are a family unit and will help each other out whenever possible. Ethan himself might seem carefree and charming at times, but he has a protective and careful nature, trying to stay within the boundaries of the rules the Order sets out but also maintaining his own person and will go for what he wants.
Jules is a "Ren" or someone outside the Order. Her family owns a diner, which is where she meets Ethan for the first time. While isn't aware of what the Order does, she also has a knack for being observant and a quick learner. She also has some sass to her and is straightforward. Jules has a best friend, Della, and they each look out for one another. Jules also manages to make friends with more than one Davis.
These two! They definitely have an instant attraction to each other, and even though it was perhaps instalust, you could also tell beneath that there was some sort of connection between these two with their flirty banter and them just getting each other right off the bat. Ethan and Jules also genuinely try to get to know each other, even when Ethan has to withhold some information regarding the Order from Jules, but without a doubt, you can tell they care for each other. They do have some up and downs in this book, but once again, you know this is a couple to root for and you do whoop and tear up with that ending scene.
Along with the romance, the author does a good job building up this world with the Order and, through the Davis siblings interactions with each other in keeping them together, showing how detestable the main villain is. This story is split in two parts, and I didn't mind the time shifts as we got to see how our main couple got together and then in the present time how they will reunite. I also enjoyed seeing the Davis siblings and how much they look out for the other. I do look forward to reading their stories, and I wonder if they will make an appearance in the next book in the ITD series.

Jules is a strong and feisty woman that you will love and she challenges everything and she is also not expecting everything that is about to happen and she definitely wasn't expecting Ethan. They both go through so much that your heart will be aching for both of them.
This book is written in dual POV being told in both past and present
which I love and once it pulls you in you just can't stop turning those pages. I love how this author writes these characters and the story line flows throughout perfectly.I loved reading about these guys and I rooted for Jules from the start and I loved how protective Ethan can be and the chemistry between them is so powerful.
This story will have your emotions all over the place and you will feel every single word. This book is a hot and steamy romance that will have you on the edge of your seat with the nail biting tension and all the suspense. Oh Danah has done it again. Rezoned was absolutely amazing and drew me in right from the start. This entire world is electrifying and I can’t wait to read the rest of the Davis order series.
Rezoned is told in two parts: from Jules and Ethan’s beginning and implosion to ten years later when their paths cross again. Jules is a strong, badass heroine in both timelines though we see her embrace that even more after she rose from the ashes. Ethan is an alpha anti hero who is completely gone for his woman and will stop at nothing for her.
It’s really hard to say much about the story without giving anything away. Going in blind or with little information is always my recommendation with Danah’s books because there’s so much more than meets the eye and half the fun is uncovering the story along the way.
I’ll always recommend Danah’s books. She’s a freaking superstar at creating worlds that completely draw you in and have you reeling from their twists and turns with characters that may be flawed but grow and fight for their well-deserved HEA.

Ethan meets Jules when he goes into her family’s diner. Ethan sees this beautiful red haired girl who caught his eyes. Ethan and Jules then start a secret affair because if Ethan’s dad finds out, Ethan would be punished for disobeying. This part ends when Jules’s family’s diner goes up in flames with Jules’s parents. Ethan thought Jules was dead. Part 2 picks up ten years later. Ethan learned that Jules was alive about a year after her parents died. He didn’t go to her because he thought she was better off. Ethan finally goes to see Jules which Jules was not happy about. Ethan explained who he really was. Love how these two end up together. Worth the read

I absolutely loved The Dark Series and from how amazing Rezoned was, I just know I’m going to love The Davis Order series as well… if not more 😍
Ethan and Jules’ story pulled me in from the get go.
I loved the tension and chemistry between them and how hot their scenes became. The depth given to their history, connection and growth felt so genuine and real. Then leading into the dark and suspenseful twists and turns that were unpredictable yet when all was revealed it totally made sense.
These two epically kicked off this series with a bang and I can’t wait to read all the other Davis siblings stories.
Even more so since I feel like I found some of the hidden gems in this story that are linked to future books ❤️

I am new to Danah Logan and her previous series ‘The Dark’...But, this did not stop me falling for this new series ‘The Davis Order’. Fan’s are going to love the easter eggs and from what I picked up on a character or two making an appearance in this book.
Jules Arrow was a surprise of a character I didn’t see coming! I thought she was a great, independent, strong and fast learner…especially around a blade as you find out. Definitely more than meets the eye it seems!
Ethan Davis well he’s everything the bad boy, heartthrob and deadly character that you love. The secrets he keeps tightly locked up, Ethan’s hands are stained with more than just blood and yet somewhere deep down his adopted siblings are able to reach him.
Jules & Ethan together…<3 Loved!
She was a true phoenix-my phoenix. No matter how many times her life got burned to the ground, her wings clipped and broken, Jules Arrow rose from the ashes stronger than before.
I loved how this story all came together, all the characters had great combined emotions and how they interacted together. The time jump helps move the story with the shocks that are dropped on the characters. The emotions bleed from the pages and with the details that help bring this story to life.
I’m very much looking forward to diving deeper in the Davis Order!

Hello dark and disturbed Ethan Davis. 🤤
This was a dark romance with hit man/mafia vibes. The family dynamic was unique and the brutality of the kids as well. I’ve read alot of dark romances but this one did stand out against the rest due to the attention to detail that the author shows when talking about the “tools” Marshall’s kids use.
There is a time jump in the book too, which I love to see. The Mc’s fall for each other at such a young age. Circumstances tear them apart but they find each other again years later. It gives the story a very authentic quality.

This was a dark romance with hit man/mafia vibes. The family dynamic was unique and the brutality of the kids as well. I’ve read alot of dark romances but this one did stand out against the rest due to the attention to detail that the author shows when talking about the “tools” Marshall’s kids use.
There is a time jump in the book too, which I love to see. The Mc’s fall for each other at such a young age. Circumstances tear them apart but they find each other again years later. It gives the story a very authentic quality.

Sheesh! What a way to start a new series - I absolutely loved it!! Be prepared to be on edge, the angst is real 😬
Ethan's family are the epitome of evil, his Father is pure scum who doesn't deserve to breathe the same air as him. His siblings can be just as lethal but it's their only way to survive and my heart hurt so bad!
Jules works in her dad's diner and when her and Ethan come face-to-face, it's pretty obvious there's a connection!
Cue some sweet times, some hot and steamy times, some cute times, then heartache! Followed by a lot of angst, some twists and turns and a lot of inner strength.
I really did enjoy this and I'm so excited for what's to come!.

I loved this book start to finish! The connection between Ethan and Jules was like a moth to a flame. Jules was a spitfire and her nickname was beyond suiting “little Phoenix”.
Once I started reading I couldn’t put the book down. It had me wanting to know what happened next continuously. Such a good plot with a good dose of spice. The ending was everything! (I am a sucker for a love story with a happy ending!)
Ethan has forever taken a place in my heart as book husband material!!

had was breathtaking. I rooted for them the

I love dark romance this book is a short read in saying that it was FANTASTIC!! Ethan and Jules story had me engrossed from the start the chemistry between these two where hot 🥵. The relationship that Jules forms with Ethan’s siblings are so genuine it’s mind blowing especially with Paycen. This story shows the history right through to the present having twists and turns that are unpredictable.
I can’t wait to read the next book to this series I’m so there for it.

I LOVED Jules and Ethan! Their story is divided into 2 parts and every page of their story had me on the edge of my seat. I have loved all of Danah Logan's work since her first book and this one was no different.

I gobbled this story up, it was SO ADDICTING. I love this series, I love the world and I absolutely loveeee the characters. This was kind of like two MC’s from opposite sides of the track. Ethan and his family are oh so bad and Jules is just your average girl that works at her families diner, goes to school and hangs with friends. When the two of these MC’s meet, their chemistry is undeniable.
This story was entertaining from start to finish. I couldn’t put it down and needed to know what happens next. Also, the plot twists are CRAY. I’m definitely intrigued and excited to read the other siblings books in the series when they come out.

I enjoyed this book! I love mafia romances and this one didn't disappoint! I loved meeting Jules and Ethan and how their past played into the present. The action and spice made for a fun easy read.

This prequel to Danah Logan's upcoming series was exceptional and has me so excited for The Davis Order. The Davis siblings are all intriguing characters (I am most excited for Paycen!). For those who have read the Dark series, Ethan is familiar and I am so glad his story gets told. I love him and Jules is perfect for him. This has so many twists, some interesting easter eggs, suspense and action along with some serious steam.

This book was PHENOMENAL! I knew I was going to love it because I’ve loved all of Danah’s books. I’m always blown away with the amazing way she has of drawing you into her characters worlds and 𝘙𝘦𝘻𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘥 was no exception. Ethan and Jules completely captivated me from the very beginning. Their story was pure perfection. It has mystery, suspense, action, spice, angst; everything my little heart could desire.
Jules is a fierce FMC who goes through so much and only comes out stronger because of it. Ethan was raised to work for the family and never betray the order. Their connection is undeniable, intense and GLORIOUS! I loved every second of this book.
This is the beginning of a new series and I am so excited for it! I can’t wait to find out more about the order and the other siblings!

DNF … Gah … this is the second book I’ve had to DNF this year. I hate being unable to complete a book. Rezoned had me at the enticing synopsis; but sadly I had to stop reading 20% into the book because I couldn’t maintain interest.
I could not connect to the characters or this story. I really wanted to like this book since I love mafia romances. It’s actually somewhat shocking to slap a DNF on this romance that most seem to love, but it sadly wasn’t the right fit for me. 🫣
