PI Cam Derringer, (along with friends Jack, Luke, Stacy, daughter Diane and brother Casey) almost bite off more than they can chew, when Cam takes on the case of his missing close friend Barbie, who's got herself unintentionally involved with a cartel-backed drugs and sex-trafficking gang leader.
Is Penny as innocent as she seems?
How is Scotty involved?
There's skullduggery afoot and shenanigans aplenty for Cam and the rest to deal with, but help from his girlfriend Kailey and his ex-wife Malinda, means there may finally be an end to the cartel's grip on Key West and the Caribbean.

the 24 balloons saga

This story was like the story of twin sisters of tornados that set down in a small town and a gentleman brought out 24 helium balloons numbered 1 thru 24 and told the storm chasers if any of them can bring back all 24 balloons showing the special numbers that can be verified, they will collect 24 million dollars. Then the story takes a turn for the worst. The sister separated and went their own way.
The chase be begins. The saga is still going Mike R. What a ride in this story of Lost Souls !!!

This was a fast and furious book that you could not put down

This story had a sidebar that I didn't understand
But I enjoyed the story and could not put the book down. Hate the loss of one of the main characters. I would recommend this book and look forward to the next Cam adventure.

Girls, girls everywhere

Great read. Another down to earth mystery. I like it when it feels personal. Do the right thing and save the trafficked girls and get rid of those respnsibil. Always hard when you lose someone you care about. But a great ending.

The Lost Souls of the Keys

Absolutely loved this book. Mac held my attention right from the start and held it until the very end. In fact, I wasn't ready for it to end. Can't wait until his next book comes out.
