Such is the theme of this new book by Félix Luna, whose content is made up of unpublished materials or those that appeared throughout the 1980s and the first years of the current one. The author's intention is to show that our history is a counterpoint to fractures and permanence whose understanding is essential to understand its result, which is none other than the country where we live, the society in which we are inserted, the world of beliefs that conditions us . Through an entertaining and informative narrative, Félix Luna presents characters and moments, processes and situations that in his time were active agents of the dialectic between sudden innovations and silent evolutions, and now constitute historical elements that must serve to understand better to Argentina today.

About the author

Félix Luna fue un reconocido abogado, historiador, escritor, artista y político argentino, miembro de la Unión Cívica Radical. Fundador y director de la revista Todo es Historia.

Junto a Ariel Ramírez compuso la poesía de obras musicales como los álbumes Navidad nuestra (1964), Los caudillos (1966), Mujeres argentinas (1969, donde se destacan sus canciones Alfonsina y el mar o Juana Azurduy) y Cantata sudamericana (1971).

En los últimos tiempos, integró el Grupo Aurora, una reunión de intelectuales integrada por el ex vicepresidente Víctor Martínez, entre otros. Este grupo salió a confrontar con los intelectuales del grupo Carta Abierta, intelectuales de izquierda y peronistas que apoyan al kirchnerismo.
