اسمتعت بالمعلومات المذكورة فيه وفهمت اكثر عن تشيكلة الجسم ولماذا معاناة النساء تختلف ... احاول تطبيق الحمية المذكورة ولكن بدون المكملات ..ومتابعة التمارين 👍
