So good

I was screaming I loved the new twist on him that was a total upgrade from who he was in the TV show. It was so good to get some real back story on Ebon

The Shadows are Crying

This was definitely darker than the first book. The death of Quincy was painful. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Ebon was going through a dark phase when he initially met Static. Although he dropped his no kill rule for one outing he basically ensured he won't hesitate next time. That's almost equivalent to The Punisher.
I enjoyed this run

A solid sequel for the teen hero

Static is on a roll with the new volume. The main series is also packaged with an annual. Both have callbacks to hit 90s cartoon.

Very nice. Super, black, and relevant. Excellent story that I can barely put down and the art was on point. The creater would be proud. RIP Mcduffie.
