I am so excited to announce that I got an advanced reader copy "WHAT SHOULD WE DO" exchange for an honest review, and I must say that is one of the best books I have read in a long time and it is a step by step way to success and I love the way Joe explains everything in layman's terms and I all ready implemented what I've learned in the first few chapters of the book I've already read and my daily routine at my work and dealing with my customers every day. So I'm very appreciative getting this early addition. So if you haven't pre-ordered your copy or ordered your copy of Amazon I would do so immediately for there. Also about and I recommend this for any any sales person in the industry to read

A book written by a wise mentor of the trades. Joe lays out how serving a client is so much more effective method of selling, than manipulating or forcing the sale.
The method is simply helping the client to get what they want, and by being of service, we ultimately end up with what we want.
I met Joe about 10 years ago at his Total Immersion course. This is where I was first introduced to Joe's process. It clarified so much and I used much of what I learned on the course, in my sales process. He helped make my sales process so much more natural and straightforward. I am so glad, he has written this book. I enjoyed reviewing the course with this book.

Joe has been an inpiration the in the HVAC and home services industry for as long as I can remember. Just the great education he has provided through social media alone has had a positive impact on me, my family and the company I work for. Just imagine what the book can do for you with information provided. How to build your pricing is a topic that everyone should focus on! Thank you Joe for everything you do!

I got this book on early release. Such Good stuff! If I had read and learned this stuff 25 years ago who knows where I would be today. Maybe on a yacht in the Caribbean!
