I’m typically not a romance reader and I’m probably not the demographic being targeted as an older male but I enjoyed the book. I liked the banter. I liked the cockiness of Mikey yet he was willing to show Jessie a softer side. He was everything that Jessie’s ex, Cole, wasn’t. We find that both of them have unresolved issues that could break them apart, Family secrets really suck. Stop doing that, people! The book is spicy too. I really liked the hockey angle of the story as well. If you are into romance novels this is a good one to check out.

I want to thank HappilyBookedPR and the author, Dani Galliaro, for a copy of the eARC. This review is voluntary and solely my opinion.

Because what’s the point of living if you don’t take a chance on love?

This story is so adorable! I love the banter and lovely scenes between Jessie and Mikey. I like Mikey's character development the most but it was still so sad how his parents did that to him.

I was particularly annoyed with one scene, which I'm not going to disclose because it's a very important scene, with his mother; although I already had a hunch, still, that sort of annoyed me. I am seriously annoyed at that reveal 😤

Jessie is also vulnerable in many ways and I hate her ex so much. What Mikey did yo him was very funny though 😂 (Although I think I've seen that meme/trick somewhere before). I'm just glad that Mikey made Jessie feel special and treated her like a real queen, which she really deserves.

💎 Received a copy but all thoughts and opinions are my own and I am leaving this review voluntarily

My love for hockey romances will never end!! With that being said, Puck Honey was one of my top ten hockey romcom favs! It had everything a girl could ask for; gorgeous hockey players, banter, a cinnamon roll MMC, a strong FMC, mental health awareness, and just the best he falls first and hard story. I couldn't put this book down honestly. The amount of times that I was blushing, kicking my feet, and screaming was unmatched.

The love that Ben "Mikey" and Jessalyn "Jessie" have was beautiful. They both were there for each other and showed one another what it was like to have someone be supportive and love you unconditionally. Jessie and Mikey have been added to my list of comfort characters for sure.

Thank you Dani and Happily Booked PR for allowing me to read this book early. Everyone go check out this book!

I was really enjoying the book until the word Daddy was thrown out like it was a great word… it was just annoying (this one is a me thing I hate that word and how it’s used now a days) And if not for that it would’ve been a 4 star book! Like a strong romance, good writing and just over all a good read.
But I got annoyed and said if it continue to be used that word kind of out of context and just cause I would take a star, so I had to.

Ben and Jessie do make a good couple, with there highs and lows and very circumstantial stuff, making it intriguing and also endearing. And once again showing that communication is key! Cause if people actually talk about stuff we can all move forward!

I really enjoyed this one! There’s something about hockey romances that already just add a star to the rating. I couldn’t help but see some of my exes in Jessie’s ex, Cole, that I was like girl get outta there! Thankfully, she did, and moved right in with the neighbor, Ben (aka “Mikey”), who also just happens to be a professional hockey player. What are the odds.
With Ben, she finally learns to explore herself more and not be afraid to voice what she wants—- both in and out the bedroom. Ben is the perfect cinnamon roll of a boyfriend, while also having an edge to him. There are some things Ben needed to mentally work through, and Jessie was right there to help him. They both ended up being someone the other needed and could lean on. I also love that fake dating was thrown into this! It’s not the integral piece of the story, but it did add a layer of “is this real?”since Mikey is a known playboy and Jessie is a relationship girl.

Thank you Happily Booked PR and the author for the advanced copy!

This was a miss for me. Though I enjoy and will devour any hockey romance, this one just felt simultaneously rushed and slow while constantly getting icks from BOTH of them.
Jess was more tolerable and was written more realistically with her struggles and cheating ex.
Mikey should’ve told her immediately about Connor imo.

I love a good nickname but that man had like three and she calls him “bubby” at one point and I internally just cringed.

Ben, Mikey, Jockey (yes all the same person) started off as a major flirt and over all nice guy but took a complete 360 turn once Jessie decides to be all in with him and it was so confusing? Especially after most of the book he said that he was just waiting on her to want him for him. So she chooses him and suddenly he’s all ummmm yeah I have family problems and IBS I can’t be committed to anyone right now…..
LIKE WHAT

I did enjoy some of the spice scenes (when he writes on her chest 😳🫢) but every other scene seemed forced and awkward. I am also not opposed to a D*ddy kink but everytime they tried to make it happen it just felt like Gretchen Weiners’s “fetch” 😓

I enjoyed the previous book in this series but Mikey was just not for me.

First off I needed this book so much! I needed a wholesome (or as much as it can be 😜) palate cleanser. Ben is the best cinnamon roll golden retriever book boyfriend out there! He is so sweet and caring and considerate couldn’t ask for more! Where Jessie is a little more reserved and closed off at the begging after going through such a trauma and heart break.

While this book had a fairly basic plot line (which to me isn’t a negative) it was easy to follow and made you so invested in the characters! My only complaint with it is there isn’t enough information on the characters to build a clear picture in my mind of what they look like.
The chapter length was amazing it was long enough to give you a taste but short enough that it kept you going one more chapter, I devoured this book in one day!

This ARC was graciously provided by the author. I really enjoyed this book and will look forward to more from her in the future!

***ARC REVIEW***
Puck Honey releases 1/23/2024.

[4.25 Stars😊] Puck Honey was my first book by Dani Galliaro, and it will not be my last! I've read and enjoyed books where she was the editor, and I felt I would love her writing and character development! I loved her sense of humor that diffused into Mikey and Jessie's dynamic and how she balanced Mikey's golden retriever personality with Jessie's cautious yet cheeky character. And their banter? SO FREAKING GOOD. They complemented each other perfectly, and I could NOT get enough of their playful relationship. While Puck Honey is a light-hearted rom-com, Dani Galliaro wrote complex and realistic characters with backstories featuring trauma and heartbreak and included chronic illness representation, which I appreciated and respected. I thought she handled all the topics covered throughout Puck Honey with compassion and tender-heartedness.

Mikey is a perfect book boyfriend because of his need to take care of Jessie, whether it's making a playlist to help her sleep, feeding her to make sure she eats, or being willing to be her friend so he could help her through a tough time. Not to mention the mouth on him 🥵 Goodness gracious, he is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy, and I loved him so much!

I also loved Jessie's re-awakening during her friendship/roommateship/relationship with Mikey and the realization that she didn't have to make herself smaller just because Mikey lived and loved "big." She could be just as vibrant without stealing from Mikey's colorful personality.

While I thought Puck Honey was a really, REALLY good book, I missed

Overall, I loved Puck Honey so much, and I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good hockey romance with a golden retriever/alpharoll MMC whose dirty talk is on another level and who just wants the best for his girl 😉

I will definitely pick up anything Dani Galliaro writes from now on because of how much I enjoyed this book!

+A huge thank you to Dani Galliaro and Happily Booked PR for the ARC of Puck Honey! All thoughts in this review are my own.

I found myself laughing and grinning like a crazy person while reading this book. The banter and sass were so good. I also cursed at this book, held my breath, and cried (both happy and sad tears). This book was hilarious and sweet and evoked so many emotions. I loved Mikey & Jessie. The way Mikey fell for Jessie was adorable. I felt MIkey’s love, heartbreak, and fear.

But I have to be honest… I’m on the fence. There were so many things I loved about this story… but also so many I didn’t.

What I LOVED:
The characters: Mikey & Jessie were so great. They had flaws and trauma that they were working through and developed and healed each other through the story.

The story in general: This story was amazing! It was well thought out and had a great plot. There was also some trauma and ptsd that each character had to work through.

What I didn’t love:
The nicknames: So. Many. Nicknames. I love a good nickname, but this book has soooo many.… one of my personal icks (idk why) is the nickname “hon”. I tried to tune it out… but it was used a LOT.

Seggsy time scenes: This was tough for me. Give me some “good girl” and some degradation, and I’m here for it… but to be honest, I found myself cringing, a lot, during their intimate scenes. Idk why, but it just didn’t flow for me.

The ending of the epilogue: It felt like it just ended. I don’t want to ruin it for anyone, but there was this huge build up for something to happen, then bam! It happens so quickly with very little words and then “The End”.

OVERALL:
I feel bad writing this review. I feel like I’m complaining. BUT I did truly devour this book in a day. The characters, character development, and story were amazing. It was funny and heartwarming. There was just a lot I struggled with as a reader.

The banter in "Puck Honey" is a sheer delight, filled with humor that seamlessly blends with the characters' past traumas. Galliaro manages to infuse just the right amount of spice, making the narrative engaging and enjoyable. The book maintains a perfect balance between being funny and addressing deeper emotional aspects, resulting in a compelling read.

Mikey is an incredibly sweet (yet flawed) character – a real gentleman in public, and a confident partner behind closed doors. His care for Jessie is admirable, and I found myself swooning more than ever while reading this book. The thoughtful gifts and gestures he showers upon her are sure to earn him a spot on your book boyfriend list!

This sweet and fast paced read is a treat for those who enjoy a touch of spice in their romantic comedies. Whether you're a hockey enthusiast or simply seeking a story that blends laughter with heartfelt moments, "Puck Honey" delivers. This was my first read by Dani Galliaro and now I can’t wait to go back and read the first book in the series!

Many thanks to Dani Galliaro and HappilyBookedPR for providing the eARC. While the book was received at no cost, the thoughts and opinions are my own.

I've been waiting for Mikey's story since I even finished my ARC read of Guy's story and it didn't disappoint.

We all knew that Mikey secretly wanted love in the first book but the way he fully embraced it here just made me super happy for him. I wasn't thrilled that he knew the douchnozzle was cheating and didn't tell Jessie but I also see his side so I get it.

There isn't a lot of hockey in this book, which is a bummer but there's enough interaction between the characters about hockey that I was okay with that. The fact that the characters can also have grown up conversations about their relationship (minus the conflict) makes me happy as well.

I'm excited to see Obi's book. He's dropped a few hints in the dialogue when talking to Mikey that we're going to get a second chance romance and I always enjoy those.

This was a great book! Mikey and Jessie are a really cute couple, I loved the way he cares for her, how they found their way to each other in such an odd crazy way, and despite all the odds, how they fought so hard, giving me the reader a glimpse into their personal lives along the way, where nothing is perfect. I devoured this book! It’s a straight 4.5 stars for me! The spice level is gooooooooood, so good!

Puck Honey was such a great, easy read! It was a spicy book filled with second chances, a little mischief, and of course hockey! I loved the pranks that got played on Jessalyn’s snake of an ex and the mouth on Ben was fantabulously dirty.😈

“𝑶𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒂 𝒔𝒍𝒗𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒎𝒐𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒚 𝒄0𝒄𝒌 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕. 𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒚 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒔𝒍𝒗𝒕?”

Jessie is in a boring long term relationship and when she tries to spice things up, her boyfriend Cole accuses her of cheating and ends up breaking up with her. Jessie’s next door neighbor is Mikey, (Ben) a playboy NHL star who has taken an interest in Jessie and offers her a place to stay. With nowhere else to go she reluctantly agrees to move in with Ben (even though she barely knows him). They get to know each other and friendship lines begin to blur. Both Jessie and Ben need to deal with their past issues before things can move forward in their relationship and the journey they take to reach their happily ever after is so fun to read.

I haven’t read many sports romance novels yet but I’ve been wanting to explore the genre for a while and this book has definitely kicked started the process!

I fell in love with this book the characters honestly left such a deep impression on me that even while I was at work I was thinking about them.

This book was funny, cute and sexy all in once. But most importantly the relationship developed between the characters felt so real and I just loved that.

Well done to the author for writing such a beautiful and cute book, I look forward to reading more of her work! 🩵

This book is definitely recommended for those fluffy romance lovers who just wanna be called a good girl by a really hot hockey player 🥺😍

This story was a great example of forced proximity/roommates meets hockey romance! Ben & Jessie’s relationship certainly had its ups and downs, but we were able to witness it mature into a trusting bond throughout the novel. These two characters have been through a lot, so be sure to check your triggers before embarking forward in their story. My only complaint about this book was the dialogue sometimes got annoying between Ben & Jessie. Her distrustfulness was understandable, but a little annoying, especially when Ben was just trying to help her out!
Synopsis:
Jessalyn “Jessie” Welch has been walked all over too many times - from her gaslighting boyfriend of four years, to her supervisor at work who makes Jessie do all the work but takes credit for it herself. Her loud next door neighbor having a raucous party on a Wednesday night ends up being the last straw, leading her to meet Ben “Mikey” Miknevicius, a defensemen for the LA Princes NHL team. After telling him off, Ben and Jessie go from dislike to friends, and then when her boyfriend calls it quits, they become roommates. But when Ben’s mom comes to visit they’re forced to fake a relationship which turns into something more!

Such a fun and heartwarming story!

I just became fan #1 (after Kitty and Guy) of this relationship. This story makes you think deeply about relationships, you might think that it's just another hockey romance but it is so much more. The character's development, both individually and as a couple, was just wonderful, the way it's all written helps to truly understand their fears, scars, love, and soul! I just wanna give them both a huge hug.

This book had me in a chokehold from the beginning. The banter in this book is top notch. The romance is swoony and steamy. The characters are relatable with complex backstories, flaws and trauma. It’s written in 1st person dual POV.

This is book two of the Unintentional Puck Bunny series. I haven’t read the first one yet, even though I have it, and now I have even more reason to read it cos Kitty and Guy, who are the main characters in Puck Funny (the first book) also feature in this one and their love story is hinted at so I really wanna get the full story.

This book hits the ground running and I love that. Jessie, a costume designer who lives with her long-time boyfriend Cole, is being kept awake by her neighbour’s very loud party. Ben, (nicknamed Mikey) is the playboy hockey player who lives next door and is always having loud parties and loud conquests. So she goes over there in her skimpy pyjamas at like 2am to tell him to pipe down and that interaction starts an interesting friendship that leads to them becoming roommates.

Mikey is the sweetest non-boyfriend. I like how because he doesn’t do relationships, as he his feelings for her grow, he acts totally without agenda. He just genuinely likes spending time with her wants her to be happy. Even when Jessie is still with Cole, he treats her better than her own boyfriend does. He even sings to her when she’s having a nightmare. This is a girl he’s only known for a couple of weeks. He’s protective of her, he brings her thoughtful gifts, he helps her see her worth. I love watching characters unknowingly fall in love, and waiting to see when they’ll figure it out. And these two end up in a fake dating situation where they’re the last to realise they’ve not faking anymore.

I love that the characters are flawed. It makes them so relatable. Mikey is a former playboy who thinks he’ll never find love. Jessie has a hard time seeing her value and communicating what she needs. They both have experiences from their past that they need to work through, and that makes their relationship difficult at times. They learn to work through their issues together, on their own and with the help of their friends. I love that they have a community of friends who look out for each other. Jessie is exactly who Mikey didn’t know he needed and vice versa.

Now I gotta talk about the spice. Mikey has a really dirty mouth on him and it’s exactly what Jessie needs. He encourages her to explore a side of that was supressed in her previous relationship. There are some good scenes in this book. Their first scene together is 🔥 🔥 🔥. We see them being vulnerable with each other and I love that.

You’ll love this book if you love friends to lovers, forced proximity, only one bed, a dirty talking MMC who’s a bit of a hot-head, an absolute softie for his girl and a freak in the sheets, and an FMC who’s a bit cheeky, a bit freaky and doesn’t give up easily.

I knew 20 pages in, that I was going to love this book and I hope you love it too. And I really hope we get this on audiobook cos it would be 🔥 🔥 🔥.

“I’m beyond into you Jessalyn. My every hope and dream is wrapped up in you. I look at you and see things I wanted but never thought I could have. I see myself becoming a better man because I want to be that for you.” ❤️
“You’re mine now Jessalyn. You’re so f*cking beautiful and you’re mine. Don’t be scared of it. I’ve got you in every way honey.” ❤️

Tropes
Hockey romance (NHL)
Neighbors to lovers
Reformed playboy
Fake dating

I had high expectations for this book because I loved the tropes, and it was still a decent read but there were things I didn’t like about it.
My initial thoughts were ..
- Ben should’ve told Jessie that Cole was cheating on her early on. There were so many opportunities.. all the times he heard her crying, when he heard them arguing, or even when she told him that Cole accused her of cheating. Smh .. nothing pisses me off more than a gaslighting POS man.
- I also felt bad for Ben. He was trying to be nice and helpful to her.. cooking for her, checking on her when she had her nightmares and cuddled her so she could fall back to sleep, drove her to work so she could get more rest on the long commute, bought her a bed, etc .. and she would be so rude and standoffish to him in return.
- I was tempted to DNF at around 35% when Shelia and confirmed that Cole had been cheating for months, and he had the AUDACITY to call her a whore when he saw Ben. That was triggering. I hate men like that and I really hate when authors write men like that smh. I really don’t get why cheating has to happen in books period tbh.
- The third act breakup was so stupid and unnecessary in my opinion. He could’ve/should’ve handled that differently. I also wanted to see him grovel a lot more.
- The epilogue was a little underwhelming. I was looking forward to seeing them get married, traveling the world, having their kids, etc.

But on the flip side, there were also things I really liked in this book.
Aside from the third act situation, Ben was great. He was everything that Jessie’s ex wasn’t. He was caring, passionate, attentive, loyal/faithful, and genuinely wanted to be with her. The spice was spicing in this book and I loved Ben when he was in “daddy” mode. He knew that she hadn’t been treated right in the sex department and he made sure he took his time to learn her body and everything she liked and needed, and I loved that.
I loved the nicknames he called her .. Princess, honey, darlin, Jessie Girl. I loved how he comforted her during storms because she was afraid of them.

They both had their own struggles and personal insecurities and loved how they helped each other get through them for the better of them individually and together as a couple. Overall, this was a pretty decent read. It had both positives and negatives, but I am looking forward to reading some of the members of the friend groups respective books

This book was a great palate cleanser. It gave me so much, and I loved it! I've never read this author before, but I'm so lucky I got to be part of her street team on this. I'm definitely going to be reading more of her books after this. You don't even know how much I needed this book right now. I'm so happy I picked it up.

Ben "Mickey" is the perfect book boyfriend. His and Jessie’s book gave me that feel-good I was looking for. The banter between the two is great. Comical and playful even. There is nothing that Mickey won't do for Jessie. He is caring and considerate with the perfect amount of sweet and oh so spicy. That dirty mouth on him 🥵 He's personality is big. Even though his parents are awful people, he is nothing like them... thank God.

Jessie is dealing with heartbreak and trauma from her past relationship. That side was a real, you know what. She wants to sink in to herself and feel small, unnoticed. Around Mickey, though she is full of life. He makes her feel like the queen she is and deserves to be. She doesn't let him get away with anything, either.

The dynamic between these two is amazing. I loved how they built each other up and were there for each other during the low points. They showed each other what love and support are. Their banter was everything. This was a rom-com, and I was there for every laughing moment. The author has a great sense of humor, and it shows in this book. The way Mickey got back at her ex was great!

There is nothing that Mickey won't do for Jessie. I mean nothing! His Golden Retriever personality shows in this book, and I loved it. He tasted Jessie they way she deserved and needed to be treated. They both just fit together. Jessie also showed support and was there for Mickey when he needed someone. Even though it was a slow burn, their first spicy scene was 🔥🔥🔥Their talks came naturally and easily. I loved these two together.

I received this book through the authors' street team and Happily Booked PR. This is my honest opinion. Read this book! If you love these tropes and discussion, please read the book.

🏒 Puck Honey by Dani Galliaro 🏒

Memorable Moments/Idea:
✨ Revenge Moment
🏒 “Mine”
✨ Communication
🏒 HOCKEY
✨ “Sweet cheeks”

Ok, this may be a controversial statement, but I’m prepared to defend it: this is the best hockey romance book I’ve yet to read. And to add some clout behind that statement, I’ve read plenty of them and they are my favorite sports romances to read.

What makes this the greatest hockey romance?

One: the characters. I hate it when we see romances where one partner is just damn near perfect and the other is flawed, and the one that is the flawed improved because of the perfect one. Mikey and Jessie are far from perfect. They are flawed, problematic, and suffer from several, several problems. In fact, they even suffer together. But the beauty of this storyline is that they work together and communicate through their separate and combined issues. We see them each screw up in various ways, and we see how they work through them both separately and together. Add in the fact we have side characters who are supportive and call the mains on their bullshit, and we have a well rounded story where it’s easy to hate some, easy to love some, and grow to understand some of the complicated choices some make, even if we don’t like it. Vague? Yeah. No spoilers 😂

Two: the storyline. The plot centers around the topics of growth and acceptance. These are both explored in a myriad of ways, and without saying too much about spoilers, we see the struggles with self acceptance and acceptance of others, and this brings to the forefront some potentially great conversations about trust and confrontation.

Three: the spice. Ok, let’s be real, many romances have good spice. HOWEVER, what we see in this storyline from others is the empowerment of sex and sexual activities. In this open door romance, there is open discussion, rejection, and acceptance throughout the encounters, which goes back to the idea of communication. It’s not something I’ve read too often, and honestly these are conversations we should see being represented more.

Spice: 🌶️🌶️.5
Recommend: YES.
Audience: Sports romancers. Spice lovers. Books with an obsessive amount of nicknames for the characters. Haha.

💕 Special thank you to Dani for an eARC in exchange for an honest review; it was an honor reading this book! 💕

So I really enjoyed the first solid chunk of this book. Mikey/Benny/Jockey/Daddy and Jessie/Jessalyn/Honey/Sweet Cheeks had great chemistry and fun banter. Mikey is a typical reformed NHL fuck boi and Jessie is a sweet, but a quirky regular girl (meaning not Puck Bunny material) in a crappy long-term relationship. Mikey was a good combination of STFUATTDLAGG vibes, but also super sweet (most of the time). Though it seemed pretty clear to the reader that Jescie’s boyfriend Cole was a POS, I could see how it took Jescie a long time to deal with the truth of her circumstances. Cole was a selfish dick through and through.

The development of Mikey & Jessie’s friendship was really good. I was completely invested and excited for them to get together. Their romance was on the slow burny side of things, but I like that. Clearly as noted above, they had a lot of nicknames for each other which is fine. I love a good nickname, especially traditional ones like honey. The ‘daddy’ nickname was a little cringe for me, but that’s just personal preference. I like to save my tolerance for daddy to the age gap romances where it’s a k!nk thing, and not part of the everyday vernacular. Besides that, the spice was good and I love to see a female main character be comfortable in her sexuality. Throw in a little unexpected peach action, and I’m a happy reader.

I felt like all of Mikey's family drama was a little intense to be introduced so late in the story. Also, Mikey, did you really not know about "Aunt" Lori? Secondly, I understand Mikey keeping his stomach issues from Jescie while they were in the honeymoon phase of their relationship, but he was so mean to Jescie when she needed him. If he loved her the way he claimed he did for half of the book, he wouldn’t have treated her that way. “Go find your relationship guy, because it aint’ me.” Such a bummer. I wish Jescie had been tougher on Mikey when he was being a jerk to her. She seemed to justify his behavior and I felt like all the feistiness her character showed at the beginning of the book was gone.

𝕊𝕪𝕟𝕠𝕡𝕤𝕚𝕤:
Ben “Mikey” Miknevicius is a star hockey player that has everything. The star spot on the ice, the car, the luxury apartment, and a revolving door of interested women. To everyone who knows him he pretends he “doesn’t do girlfriends” but he secretly wishes for a honey to call his own but due to things that happened in his childhood he doesn’t feel good enough for a girlfriend.

Jessie is Mikey’s next door neighbor and unlike Mikey she’s got love all figured out. She lives with her long term boyfriend and due to the thin walls she has to hear Mikey’s failed attempts at love. But while Jessie is at work Mikey overhears something that Jessie’s going to find very interesting.

When Jessie is left looking for a place to live Mikey convinces her to move in with him. What could possibly go wrong??

𝕋𝕙𝕠𝕦𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕤:
Let me just start by saying I didn’t know this was part of a series when I read this so after I finished it I went and read the first book. Both books are good but I prefer this one 😍

What’s included:
•Hockey romance
•Fake dating
•Forced proximity
•Only one bed
•”Who did this to you”
•He falls first
•Protective MMC

Mikey is the perfect book boyfriend! He’s protective and always doing anything he can to take care of Jessie whether it’s giving her a place to live, making her a playlist to help her sleep, buying all her favorite foods to make sure she eats. He’s both protective but also a golden retriever MMC haha. Also the mouth on that man 🥵

I won’t lie at first I didn’t vibe with Jessie she came off strong she had a lot of aggression and cussed a lot but after getting to know her back story I understood her more. I loved seeing her grow as a person and learn to love herself again. Confident Jessie is everything!

My only complaints about this book is it was a little too fast paced for me and I would’ve liked to see more hockey game play. Most of the hockey that was mentioned was just drama between the WAGS
