River Glory
Through the analogy of the river, God has given us a whole new consciousness of His Spirit. Because He wants us to know the Spirit, He is showing us the river. When we see the Spirit of God as a great flowing river, we can better understand how to step into it and how to flow with its currents. The river is the Holy Spirit and the flow of the river is the outpouring of the Spirit. Whatever brings us to the river, if we can all gt into it, every need will be supplied.

Love her simple yet profound style of writing. Easy to understand yet such depth and power.

I enjoyed diving into this book- no pun intended!
God’s allegories are all intentional. From Genesis 1 to the end of Revelation God continues to capture and mould our imagination by using imagery and clear depictions of the Truth that is Jesus. Yet when I started this book I was slightly skeptical. Was it going to be a drawn out way of saying the Holy Spirit is the river of life? I was sorely mistaken.
River Glory unveils chapter by chapter that the revelation of the Holy Spirit being the river is not just a couple of verses to skip over- it’s a metaphor that Jesus intentionally brings to life to transform our understanding of the Godhead.
Ezekiel describes a river you can’t cross and have to let carry you, and Ruth’s multiple anecdotes of ways the Holy Spirit has carried her truly made me feel hungry for more.
Healing, restoration, joy, abundance, promotion- it’s all in the River of God.

It is a great book
It is very straight forward to the point. There is a certain kind of PEACE and Impartation that comes with this book.

This has to be about the fifth time I have read this book. It is so crazy how appropriate this book is for this season in 2015. Loved it and it will continue to be one of my all time favorite books.
