Ava (FMC) is 24-years-old and struggles financially and works multiple jobs because she is trying to finish her online college degree and she wants to earn enough money to travel around the world. This has been her dream for the last six years. She has been working in Aspen in a couple seasonal jobs. She was working as a maid for a local maid service, cleaning vacation rentals. Her other job is as a barista at a local café. In her rush to serve a difficult patron, she accidentally runs into and spills a hot cappuccino on Garrett, another customer.

Garrett is 31-years-old and is instantly smitten and realizes that Ava is his mate, even though she is human. Garrett is a billionaire and the alpha of the Burnt Mtn wolf pack. His family owns the Von Horton Oil Group and he is expected to some day take over that too. But that is not what he wants out of life. Ava and Garrett meet again the next night in a nightclub, and they end up spending a passionate night together, with Ava losing her v-card. Garrett wants to woo her and mate her, but he cannot find her after she snuck out of his house the next morning. They hadn’t exchanged phone numbers. The season ends and Ava moves to Denver, another stop on her way to her trip around the world. Then she discovers she is pregnant, and all of her life plans change instantly. Garrett tries to find her and even hires three PIs. You will need to read the book to find out what happens next. It is worth your time.

Overall, this is an entertaining sweet story full of love, struggle, and following your own dreams. The attraction between Ava and Garrett was intense and steamy. I liked that the story brought in the characters of Garrett’s siblings and the strained relationship he has with them. The story was a great read and kept me interested until the end.

Part of the Billionaire Alphas of Aspen series each can be read as a standalone with a sexy shifter and the one who captures his undivided attention. Ava is so sweet but has two dreams to earn her college degree, to travel the world so that to achieve her dream she works several jobs and now are her seasonal jobs as a maid in the hotel and as a barista in a café. Every job has its difficult people to deal with and hers is no different dealing with a difficult customer she spills her coffee on the sexiest older guy. Garrett sexy as all get out alpha billionaire family owns Von Horton Oil; he is expected to take over running the family company and the barista who spilled coffee on him happens to be his fated mate. The meet again at the night club the magnetic pull is too strong to ignore and giving in to one night with the much older sexy guy losing her v-card but when she sneaks out before he wakes, she is taking a part of him with her. Garrett needs her like the air he breathes so he hire PI’s to find his girl but she has moved on to her next state Denver which is when she realizes she is pregnant but will she stop her plans, will she head back to Aspen to look for him, will he find his girl convincing her to give them a chance, will she accept all of him, and can she still obtain her dreams as well as find something more?

I really enjoyed this read!
It was a super easy, fast paced, harmless read. A read that was super bingeable & perfect to read in one afternoon.

I happen to enjoy the instant love & accidental pregnancy tropes so for me this one was a hit. Obviously if those are tropes you don’t enjoy, this would not be one for you 😂

There was some spice, many cute & posessive “mine” moments (only acceptable in books of course😂) and also a bit of danger towards the end to keep you reading.

I would recommend this as a fun & easy read

Garrett meets Ava in a coffee shop she is working at. Sparks fly between them, and he wastes no time asking her out. He knows immediately that she is his fated mate. The end up sharing an amazing night but she is gone before he wakes. When he tries to find her at the coffee shop and her place she has disappeared. Just by chance he runs into her again and finds her pregnant with his baby. Will he get his chance to claim her? Will there be issues with them being together?

This is an amazing story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Really Good!

Wasn't expecting much from Ava and Garrett and figured it would be a quick read. I was wrong. Garrett found Ava at her work in a coffee shop. They then met again and bada bing, bada boom Ava ended up pregnant. She then moved away. Garrett finally found her, and this is when the fun began. Steaminess was on point, and if I had any complaints, it was Garrett's family that didn't get a comeuppance. What his sister almost pulled against Ava was horrible, but in the end, love prevailed, and the two got their happily ever after. Highly recommend for a quick read that gives action, drama romance and best of all steaminess..

What I liked-I most definitely recommend for a good read that gives adventure, drama, romance and lots of steamy scenes. Second book of the Billionaire Alphas of Aspen series with a sexy shifter and the one who captures his instant attention. A well designed selection of steam, intrigue, romance and backstabbing, developed so well that you'll never know it was a novella story, not feeling rushed at all in the story.

They run into each other the next night at a nightclub and spend a passionate night together. Ava vanishes the next morning and Garrett is frantic looking for her to no avail. Garrett, despondent, goes to Denver 4 months later for a meeting with his father only to run into Ava serving coffee at another shop. She is not how he first saw her in Aspen, she is “bigger” now. Will Garrett be able to convince Ava that he really wants her?

I found this to be sweet yet heartbreaking. Garrett is a billionaire playboy drunk. Ava is a sweet hardworking girl trying to make her dreams come true. One drunken night changes everything for her. She runs but he eventually finds her. But his sisters betrayal almost took everything from him.

This was a cute quick read! I loved the meet cute and the twist on shifter venom and mates! I definitely think it could have been developed a little more, the ending seemed rushed but it was a shifter romance and I enjoyed it!

When she spills a drink on Garrett at her barrista job, he discovers she's his mate but claiming her won't be easy, and when he learns she's going to have his kid, he'll do anything to make her his. But how will she take learning that Garrent is a wolf shifter, and his siblings are after his position?  Well written steamy, shifter, billionaire, pregnancy romance. A great addition to the series but works as a stand alone
