I thought this book did a good job telling the history of Aston Martin, but not a GREAT job telling the history of Aston Martin. Don’t get me wrong, it’s detailed. But it does its readers no favors in the comprehension department. Maybe it’s because my lack of car knowledge (ask me what the difference is between a v6 and a v8), but this book kinda just throws everything out there without any sort of structure, with the exception of different “eras”. But what really grinder my gears was the treatment of perhaps the two things Aston Martin is most famous for — formula 1 and James Bond. Both are treated as an afterthought, mere appendices added in haste. Ask the author do go into the minutia of the supercharged vs naturally aspirated engines and you’ll get 5 pages, but ask him to describe the most iconic facets of an iconic car brand and you’ll get 5 paragraphs.

i give this book a 5 star rating because i love the book i love the theme and the book make me like more aston martin now i want an aston martin car so a 5 star i almost gave it a 4 because i dont like so much the part of the races i like more the part of making the car and going new cars and things like that is the thing i like but i choose to put 5 star because even if i dont like it to much that part of racing is a great book to read and not for 1 think i didnt like it will be a bad book so i think that 5 star is great rating for the book it is one of the book i have liked the most of all the books the book is the story of Aston Martin the book was about the story of Aston Martin how the book says, but it explains you first the creation of Aston Martin why the creator created the problems and the thing they need to pass before creating then creating launching a model sometimes people like the car sometimes don't sometimes you don't have money a lot of things can happened the book explains all of that the models they launch the problems they had and a lot of things that the car can have the new futures all the car the book also explains a lot of the races and how do Aston Martin get into races what was the first race and a lot of things like that explains of aston martin and. a lot of the book this book relates to my herous journey because it is another book i read i dont like reading books but i do like reading this one and it helps me reading this book because i can became better at reading but readign can help you in somethong so this book is really important for me in my herous journey and i like the book so much that i gave 5 stars that is a lot but it can make me read more or like more that theme of books or somthing like that but reading a book can help this is 1 of the books i have read faster and it was easy for me to read it because of the theme i like it so i read it fast but if i choose a book i dotn like i will not read so this is a great part of my heroes journey this book change me as reader buy tring to read more books that now i know what books i want to read and that ehlp me a lot when i read because i dont pass 3 hours thinkin in a book i just say i like the theme i will read it i would recoment this book to all people that like cars this can help you understand aston martin and the creation of aston martin so every one should read the book

It gave decent knowledge about Atson Martin. Although it used a lot of technical jargon that the reader may not be familiar with.
