A few gems in here for school leaders and all of it comes from ancient wisdom and stoicism.

Take pause

Prioritize what matters most as a leader

If it is within your power, change the situation. If not, think about how you can survive with dignity and strength?

At the end of the day, just do the right thing, the rest doesn’t matter.

A good take on surviving education. It is a ‘you CAN do this’ type of read without being cheesy or patronizing.
