I really enjoyed this book. I was late and completing my review because there's so much knowledge, wisdom, and great practical stops for healing your inner child, recovering from trauma and the anger that you experience. There are so much helpful tips and things to do to heal yourself slowly inside and out and I know that I'm going to continue to reference this book and use it to help myself in my healing journey.
