This bundle consists of four different, standalone, contemporary-romance novellas. They are what Harlequin used to call "sweet romances," meaning there is no sex, only light kissing, and no foul language. If you are looking for a break from all the constant sex scenes and melodramatic angst of most modern, contemporary romance, you might enjoy these stories. They are billed by the author as romantic comedy, but in my opinion they're actually light drama.
I loved all the stories of women finding their true loves in different situations. Each story had a separate theme but always resulted in an HEA. All the stories had a good flow with very likable characters in each one. Love flowed freely in each story. I now need to read more books by Ginny Baird, especially if they all have the same similar theme.
As someone that reads almost as much as she breathes, I know whereof I speak. This book bundle of 4 by Ginny Baird IS : FUN! Romantic! AND ... Funny! Each story has it's own theme. The protagonists are unique and entertaining. And best of all, each has it's own HEA! Well worth your time --feel good stories, one and all!
I thoroughly enjoyed the short LOVE stories. No beating around the bush, lack of communication and just acting like youngsters. The people acted like like adults and I could see some of this story actually happening..
Each one was short and sweet but sexy. I'm partial to well developed characters which is hard to do in such a short amount of pages but the author did fairly well.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It was so much fun to read. Good characters in a great setting. I would recommend this book for a good vacation read.

John talks to his dog Mason and assures him he will ask her out. They went to the same college in NC. Helen told Christine to check him out online and ask him out... Love the part where there is no TV and they have to play the old fashioned way, with puzzles, Lincoln logs, and books. Over cocoa in town at the children's center she tells John of her dreams about work and they also have agreed to go sledding... The story also follows Helan and her love interests. Connie wants to rent him and bring him to the family party in Napa where the family owns a winery. Linda doesn't think that's such a good idea. Connie makes Mac the proposal and he accepts, he can use the money for his business, now he has to pretend to be her fiance. Love the grandfather's tradition on his birthday when it comes to the meal. Such a fun light reading book to immerse myself into. Love the locale and tips for hiking.. When the magical dress arrives her mother has a new plan of action.... Love how the story is told and in only 59 pages. Another author would drag it out over 300 pages. Can't wait for the other books in this series. Love Connie's choice of a career and the ending where the author tells us more about the book, tradition and the series.
