Failed? In Crisis?....... "It's time to Elevate": Inspired from real life experiences

Rate this book
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to effortlessly rise above failure and crisis, while others are crippled by it? Why do some individuals use setbacks as a catalyst for growth, while others succumb to despair and defeat? These questions have plagued the minds of countless individuals, myself included. But today, my friends, I stand before you as living proof that failure and crisis can be transformed into the very stepping stones that elevate us to greatness.
Welcome to "Failed? In Crisis? It's Your time to Elevate," where I, Mannish Chaudhry, will be your guide on this transformative journey. Strap yourselves in, because we are about to embark on an adventure unlike any other.
My purpose in writing this book is to equip you with the strategies and mindset needed to handle failures, betrayals and crisis with unwavering grace, and to empower you to not only survive but thrive in the face of adversity. I have navigated the treacherous terrain of failure and crisis multiple times throughout my life, and I can humbly say that I have emerged stronger, more resilient, and more successful than ever before. Now, it is my duty to share these hard-earned lessons with you.
But before we delve into the practical strategies and actionable steps, let me take you back to where it all began. Picture a young boy, wide-eyed and full of dreams. That boy was me – a dreamer wandering through the labyrinth of life, chasing success and contentment like a mirage in the desert. Little did I know, the road to greatness was paved with failure and crisis, but I would not discover this truth until much later.
Throughout the years, I encountered failure in its myriad forms – shattered dreams, faltering relationships, professional setbacks, overwhelming debt, and the insidious grip of depression. Each stumble and fall threatened to suffocate my spirit, but there was an ember within me that refused to die out. It was the flickering flame of resilience – the unwavering belief that failure and crisis were not the end, but merely a detour on the road to greatness.
In the depths of despair, I made a conscious decision to redefine failure and crisis. I chose to view them as opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable obstacles. It was through this shift in perspective that I uncovered a treasure trove of wisdom and strength within myself.
"Failed? In Crisis?" is not just a book of self-help platitudes. It is a call to action, a battle cry for those who refuse to be defined by their setbacks. Within these pages, you will find the tools needed to build a fortress of resilience, brick by brick. I will guide you through the darkest corners of your mind and empower you to confront your fears head-on. Together, we will dismantle the self-sabotaging beliefs that have held you hostage for far too long.
But make no mistake – this journey will not be easy. It requires a willingness to confront your deepest fears, an unwavering commitment to personal growth, and a burning desire to redefine your definition of success. I promise you, though, that the rewards that await are beyond measure. As Albert Einstein once said, "In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity." And never has a truer statement been uttered.
So, my friends, if you find yourself at the crossroads of failure and crisis, I implore you to take my hand and embark on this transformative journey together. The road will be challenging, but the end destination – a life infused with purpose, fulfillment, and unbridled success – will be worth every ounce of effort.
In the pages that follow, we will explore the untold stories of those who triumphed over adversity, unveiling the strategies and mindsets that propelled them to greatness.

Chaudhry Mannish’s book Failed? In Crisis?...It's time to Elevate is a highly relevant in today’s time when people are shattered by their broken dreams and unfinished endeavors. The darkest element that stops from attempting over and again is nothing but the fear of failure. Spiraling much of the content and incidents from his own experiences, the author paves a hard-fought battle to rise like a star from the ashes of failure.

One of the greatest aspects of the book is its focus on resilience and growth mindset by understanding failure and embracing it. Segmented into 8 chapters and many subtopics the book carefully lays out a procedure to rise above failures in life. The author captures essence by involving real-life experiences and practical tips with respect to finance, mental health, effective communications, work-life balance and much more.

The book provides a new and fresh perspective in the shift of mentality towards failure. As the author posits that with every failure comes an opportunity knocking at the doors. The book professes that it is mandatory to accept the positive mindset and surround oneself with supportive people and environment and network. Pragmatism runs deep in the book like banter, it is evident from the financial crises and management topics sketched brilliantly in the book. Mannish’s book reads like an account of someone who has endured hardship and setbacks of failures…but he has also transformed himself into someone formidable, brimming with experience and wisdom.
The language of the book is coherent, and its content serves as a relevant resource to inspire millions of people across the world stuck in the grueling rutted setbacks of failures.

Failed? In Crisis?...It's time to Elevate by Chaudhry Mannish is a short crisp book in the self-development genre. It offers insights into failure and what positive aspects one can take from it. Often failure is deemed, in our societies, a sign of weakness and incapability. However, the book has an otherwise opinion – it is the failure that layers the base of success. No one can succeed without failures. Failures are as important as success.
This book simply brings the lessons that are associated with failure but critical to success. With failure exists success like Yin and Yang, day & night. It offers many valuable advice/lessons from around the world and author’s personal lives that readers can embrace if they wish to change their perspective about failures in life, for instance the author highlighted SMART methodology…and ‘What if I’.
By studying failure the book takes a stance on the psychology and intentional mindset that works in the favour of success. The evident theme and message in the book is loud and clear: don’t escape or avoid the fear of failure, try and fail better. As the author asserts positively that if one doesn’t try, he/she is 100 percent failure, and if one fails while trying it is 50 percent failure and paves for learning and improvements.
Mannish explains the mechanism of failure and success in life through various examples and references…best ones are self-care, resilience, and debt management. He makes you believe that failure is not a stigma; rather it can nudge one for growth and aspirations by providing opportunities in the chaos.

In a world where self-doubt and negativity can easily become obstacles on the path to success, Mannish’s book stands as a guiding light of hope and transformation for those who see failures as devastation of life and do not have courage to go through the abyss of failures. The engaging narrative of the book takes readers on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, guiding them towards shedding the frets of a loser mindset and embracing an attitude of resilience and achievement.
With a pragmatic and insightful approach, Mannish unfolds the complex web of tenacity, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to the loser mindset and that is generated when one fears all the time after being failed twice or once. Through relatable tales and thought-provoking references from personal and outsider’s lives, readers gain a deeper understanding of their own limiting beliefs and learn practical techniques to rewire their thought patterns. The book offers substantial guidance on how to silence the inner critic, challenge negative self-talk and fears, and cultivate a strong sense of self-worth and resilience.
The book hands readers with a toolkit of strategies to apply in real-life situations. From setting meaningful goals and embracing failure as a stepping stone to success, to building healthy habits and fostering a growth-oriented mindset, this book provides comprehensive practical approaches for self-development and growth.

Inspiring and motivational books are beyond their set and defined genres. Unlike a fiction book that entertains you for a while, and then you are back to normal life. However motivational and inspiring books often fall under the purview of self-help/self-development/self-improvement genres and are more likely to stay with you for a longer time, at times can be your guide forever.
These books challenge your tenacity, habit patterns, life psychology, and overall drive your life. Remember the famous quote: a book has the power to change your life. That's so true with motivational and inspiring books.
Often it is reckoned that failure in life is seen as burden. However, this book (Failed? In Crisis?...It's time to Elevate by Chaudhry Mannish) has a different side of the failure to narrate. Through the author’s relatable anecdotes, thought-provoking strategies, and profound teachings from his own experiences of bittersweet days, he provides invaluable tips and tools to navigate through the complexities of failure. The book is unique with its pragmatic stance, it offers what you can take and practice…absolutely nailed in reality. From accepting and embracing failure to rising with success, this book teaches a lot about what life is, how to develop authentic relationships and networking, nurturing spiritual and mental well-being, and embracing life’s ultimate purpose.

The author openly shares their personal experience of encountering a significant setback in their entrepreneurial journey and how it impacted their self-confidence. Instead of viewing the failure as a dead end, the author embraced it as a learning opportunity and redefined their path, ultimately achieving success. This transformation highlights that setbacks are not the final chapter but rather stepping stones toward growth. The story serves as an inspiring reminder that failure offers a chance to restart with greater wisdom and insight. While many books focus on motivation, this one stands out for its practicality and real-world insights. Shri Mannish Chaudhry has crafted a true masterpiece that I highly recommend for readers of all ages.
