Must read

I just read the final words and I'm in tears. The storyline is set in 2 timelines and Nick does a great job going back and fourth. I had a feeling it was going to be a sad ending but I'm crying anyway. I love WWll aircraft, I miss my 46 Luscombe, there's a lot to be said about the war years, lessons to be learned if we pay attention now.

As usual, AJ and Reg found something bad and got to fix it, get the bad guys and hopefully sever a drug route thru their islands...as soon as I read about tyres, shrink wrap etc I kind of knew this might be the crux of that of their salvage. I've worked with narco cops in the past and my spidey senses began to tingle. And,of course I loved Smudge. 🐙
As always Nick hit another winner storyline. I truly enjoyed this book.

Two complex timelines - modern deep recovery challenges - WWII complex air wars raging - what havoc would luck play with such twists, spins, and splashes?

Since last visiting AJ and Reg I've been deep into my non-fiction historical archeology efforts. I get notified Pearl's added two new songs to her upcoming set...down with the non-fiction, onward toward adventure's enjoyable pleasures.

Nick avoids potential disaster in his approach by countering with skilled knowledge, expert navigation, and the ability to keep me knowing what's going on everywhere, step-by-step...except the next step - dastardly fun! I believe we can Never Have Nuf-fuN!

One aspect bringing emotional waves is the dual romances budding in both timelines. There may be a smudge of makeup in the one, a tentacle of unexplained understanding in the other but rest assured both will give you reason to continue this excellent journey!

Thank you to the entire team and family for supporting Nick's many treasures in Spitfire Storm!

Spitfire Storm - a review by Rosemary Kenny.

A major storm at sea leads to three containers being lost on the Twelve Mile Bank.
One contains AJ's friend Pearl's late mother's belongings, which were being shipped over, so she and husband Reg could unwrap them at leisure.
What do AJ and Reg find on searching the wreckage?
Why is the owner of the other two containers so keen to have them salvaged?
What's Pearl's connection to a lost female pilot from WWII?

A poignant, split timeline of past and present events makes Nicholas Harvey's Spitfire Storm a memorable and exciting read, that you're sure to enjoy on many levels...don't miss it!

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again…I LOVE THESE BOOKS! Harvey does an amazing job of weaving island life on Grand Cayman with historical events of long ago.

This time, the adventure features Dotty Parker, an ATA pilot during WWII in the 1940’s…and shipping containers that have gone overboard requiring the diving expertise of AJ Bailey in 2024.

You’ll have to read more to learn about the love story, what was found in the shipping containers, and what happened to Dotty!

I loved it!

Spitfire Storm

Thank you Nicholas for another outstanding A.J. Bailey book. I have read every one and I am never disappointed. The story was great! I guess I might find out one day but I don't understand why Smudge was introduced into the story. He sure made A.J. happy. Thank you again sir. Happy Diving!

Spitfire Storm- Get it now

This was my first visit with AJ and friends, but it won't be my last. The story was amazing with dual timelines in WWII and today. I found it fascinating how the timelines were woven together and brought together for a satisfying ending. Settings and characters are very well done. Thanks for a great story.

Another outstanding story from Brit Nick

This could have easily been 2 seperate stand alone books but i must admit woven together hits the mark splendidly. A future book shoud continue to "set the story straight" cant wait to read it.

Fantastic Series

I always learn something from these books, and this one was no exception. You think you know how this will probably end, but the twist makes this one unexpected.

Amazing dual storylines

This work was truly captivating, between Dotty and Sandy to AJ, Reg and Pearl. I was captivated and had a hard time putting this book down to sleep.
Bravo to you Nicholas Harvey.

Another Great Story

AJ and her friends go diving for Pearl. While in another time a romance is building over and under the skies of London. Nicholas Harvey is a great writer and has a vast knowledge of diving. Thanks for another great book.

Great story

Loved the dual story lines. They are totally separate with seemingly no connection ….. until the end. Masterfully brought together! Haven’t decided which I enjoyed more but together they are superb.
