This book was even better than I could ever have imagined. I am a die hard NBC fan and was a little hesitant but had high hopes. R. Sullins not only went above and beyond my expectations, she blew them completely out of the water.

Thank you R. Sullins for a phenomenal NBC retelling, but thank you to the romance reveal box for sending it to me!

This duology The Nightmare Before Christmas meets dark romance meets MC chaos—and I ate up every unhinged second of it. The darkness, obsession, danger, chemistry, and twisted little touches throughout both books had me completely hooked. It’s creepy, romantic, chaotic, and just the right amount of what the hell am I reading and why do I love it so much? Definitely a new favorite duology!

This just wasn’t for me. I love a Nightmare Before Christmas retelling as the concept but I’ve discovered I’m not a dark romance or motorcycle club girlie.

While it moved at a good pace it lacked some substance that made the book feel too silly to be taken seriously. It felt very trope heavy and leaned into it a bit too much for my liking.
