Only one thing is for sure, The only way to go, is up.
I am a 28 year old woman from New Zealand. I have two kids, a partner and a cat.
I was born in a place that was always known as the "first to see the sun" because we are one of the first towns in the world to see the first light of every new day.
I've been writing for a long time as a hobby. I love disappearing in to the worlds I have made.
I remember in school and being hooked to Wattpad. That’s where ‘Going Up’ came up in my suggested reads and I was hooked from day dot. I loved the whole audience involvement with the app and can happily say I compulsively corrected a few grammatical errors myself. 😅😂
Now, to the nitty gritty.
I can’t help but draw some connections from ‘Going Up’ to the ‘Fifty Shades’ Series. The girl and the boy meet in the most basics of ways, a romantic elevator scene, sex, relationship kinks and a hostage situation. In saying this, I read Going Up first annnnnnnd although I’m really unclear when it was published E. L. James totally stole major concepts. But if you’re into that and these themes, that’s no problem, this won’t affect you. I’m not complaining, I gave this 5 stars!!! :D
