"A heartfelt, funny, and unforgettable book of parenting humor." - Kirkus Reviews
For Fuck's Sake, Ask Your Dad is an irreverent, loving, and refreshingly honest picture book for adults that dives into the chaotic but rewarding world of motherhood.
If you enjoyed Go The Fuck to Sleep and There Are Moms Way Worse Than You, you are going to love For Fuck's Sake, Ask Your Dad.
Penned with a humor as relentless as your child's energy, this book serves as a reminder that though moms gladly exchange personal freedom (and the ability to poop in peace) for the gift of parenthood, Dad is also available to tackle the endless queries and the minor meltdowns. An amusing nod to the unpredictability of children, the ever-present task of parenting, and the joy and absurdity of it all, For Fuck’s Sake, Ask Your Dad is a must-read for all parents—and most especially moms.
It's the perfect gift for an expectant mother or any "default parent" mother with kids of any age. Buy it for a friend, for a sister, or for yourself for when you need a good chuckle, some sisterhood, and some shared WTF?
Don’t forget, it’s OK to take a moment and think, “For Fuck’s Sake, Ask Your Dad.”
Hilariously funny and so true. Absolutely love the pictures and the rude version... fantastic book but I think the published version should be the OH GOSH version :).

This book was so funny, but definitely for adults. It all is so true and made me laugh the whole time! I also really enjoyed the playful illustration that went along with it!
As a mom who's been through the baby rodeo, I gifted my daughter Katiedid Langrock's For F**k’s Sake, Ask Your Dad after she welcomed another bundle of joy. And let me tell you, it's been a hoot! This book is like a secret decoder ring for translating baby cries and toddler tantrums, with a side of much-needed humor. It's the perfect size for one-handed reading during those 2 AM feedings. My daughter says it's her new best friend—second only to coffee. Five stars for the laughs and the reminder that dads can decode the cries too!
