Twenty Bucks and Rivera are teaming up again and it brings them to Florida this time. They make an unusual crime fighting duo, but it works. And works really well! Plus we get a glimpse of Dylan’s secret world. Wowza! This is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Love AJ Lape’s quick wit and gritty storylines. I’m looking forward to what she has in store for them next!

As with all of Lape's books, this one is phenomenal. It's a bit darker than the amazing Darcy series, but it's just as captivating. Rivera and Gutierrez are two incredible characters, and they make this story a must-read. I enjoyed it. I recommend it, and I encourage you to put A.J. Lape's books at the top of your to-be-read list. You won't be disappointed.

Just when you think you know what to expect next with two dynamic characters... The world goes sideways, flips upside down and keeps rolling. Riviera and Gutierrez have been back and forth, fighting the bad guys and being the bad guys. The spark between them keeps them in each other's orbit. But an off the books assignment from Captain Taylor takes them on a wild ride, across the country. Foes new and old are knocked out one by one... But in the end, can they live with the consequences that working together brings?

I love having more of these characters and this world. The action is non-stop, and the characters are interesting. Lape's skill with writing continues to make me happy
