Wow...I was amazed. This is my first read by Brenda Hampton and I must say, it was a true page turner.
Jaylin the main character is wealthy, cocky and selfish, but somehow these characteristics made you love him even more. He's got it going on in every way that a woman wants... The problem is he can't commit to one women. In fact, Jaylin has 3 different women and they all love him...Nokea, Felicia and Scorpio. He gives love to all of them, and they all seem to take what they can get, since they all know about the other.
Stephon is Jaylin's cousin. Jaylin and Stephon are so close that they kick it all the time and they often "share" almost everything.
This story has Erotica, Drama, Suspense oh and let's not forget a wedding and a funeral...
This book was pretty hood it was about a man who has trouble deciding who he wants to be with and sadly Jaylin spares no prisoners and takes all with him on his emotional bumpy ride. Unfortunately there will always be people they’ll ride the wave with you but there are some that will leave you and this book tells you all about it.
This was a wicked read from beginning to end. I have to read the next one. Although, I could never do the things these women did in this book for these men in their lives, I clung to every page as I couldn't put it down. I have to find the next book in this series.
He's fine, sexy and paid. Jaylin Rogers is definitely what one would consider an aficionado when it comes to the ladies. While Jaylin loves women, he has a prerequisite that they must meet before they can get added to his roster. She has to be bodacious, have a degree, can cook, a good job, nice car, no kids and must be able to cater to him. Now if she's able to do all of that, then she has to know that in order to be one of Jaylin's women, she must be willing to share. It's simple, Jaylin can't be with just one women; either she understands and plays her position, or to the bench she goes.
No one understands Jaylin better than Nokea. And when it comes to keeping him satisfied, Felicia has the master key. While the two know all about the other's role in Jaylin's life, the situation gets uncomfortable when a new chick, Scorpio, intrudes on their relationship. Will she have something to offer that neither woman can top?
Stephon and Jaylin are first cousins who just so happen to be best friends. They've shared plenty of things without any hassles. That was until Stephon sets his sights on Jaylin's gem. Things get a little messy and the cousins seem to be on opposing sides. Will the cousins be able to mend their relationship?
I can admit it; I got caught slipping on Brenda Hampton's talent for real! If you're looking for a book where there is hot sex, intrigue, drama, lies, love and confessions, then NAUGHTY is the book to add to your collection. I hate that I don't know the ending, but I guess I'll just have to find out in "My Way Or The Highway."
As I was reading this novel, all I could think about is how Trey Songz' new album "Trigga" would be the perfect soundtrack to this book. Especially "Y.A.S." (You Ain't Shyt), those are the words that I screamed at Jaylin as much as I could. To be completely honest, with the exception of Pat (Nokea's best friend), I didn't like anybody in this book. Everyone irked my nerves. They all were dumb to me in some way...Felicia being the dumbest. I found myself rushing through the novel so my head would stop aching. The book itself was good though. Miss Hampton penned a book that I would never forget, and if I felt like my head wouldn't hurt I would rush to read the sequel, but chile...I will wait lol. Some things were predictable, but they weren't twists and turns so I'm not bugging about it. I understand why it got the title it did and I wouldn't have it any other way. I recommend this steamy novel but please have a BC or some Aspirin in your reach lmao.
This book was quite the entertaining read. Jaylin is a serious trip! The man just oozed confidence for days, and he really had all of his woman in check at all times. Oftentimes I thought to myself can women really conform to a man this way, and I guess the answer to that question is yes when he puts it on you like Jaylin did. This book had sex, sex, and more sex, any and everywhere with any and everyone. Also there was lots of drama with Jaylin's women, almost too much drama, but it kept me reading. I would have rated this higher, but it was a lot of the same content over and over so it got a bit redundant after a while. I am curious though to see what will happen next so I will continue on with the series.
This book was trash! Completely unrealistic and ridiculous. I hate every character in the book and some of the dialogue-mostly from the men- is just cringy and again....unrealistic. I hate this book. Don’t waste your money or your time. Brenda, please make more of these female characters have more self esteem PLEASE. Don’t even get me started on the ridiculous amount of sex these characters had. Seriously...back to back sex in a row?! What happened to a refractory period? I get that it’s fiction but make me forget. I hate this book and since I can’t get a refund...I’ll just throw it in my chimney to get some type of satisfaction and since it’s cold out-warmth.
i loved naughty 1 it was so many twists and turns and Mr. jaylin is a trip. but now im reading naughty 2 and its off the chain 2. if anybody is sleep on brenda hampton series of naughty books please get it together because these books are so juicy!!!!!!!
Omg this was a very good book, I am good with not reading the rest of the series because I really would be mad cause I am happy with the outcome of this one. It is full of drama, lies, sex and betrayal.
Okay what give this book 4 stars was the fact that we just jumped right into it. Usually with black experience or lit books, we get a sad or disturbing history check on the main character for why they are the way they are in the book etc., but anyways, it was not the case in this book. I mean we did learn about the characters but it had flowed well with the pace of the story. I enjoyed reading this and thought the story line was very interesting, considering the fact that many relationships sadly are like this. But the story was just good ! Honestly the only thing that annoyed me was the women, they were TOO naive, and the dragged out back and forth of the "who do I pick". Jaylin is just... Jaylin. I actually liked his jerk/romantic moments. Just found out this is book one of a series so I will def be reading book two!
Naughty: Two's Enough, Three's a Crowd by Brenda Hampton is a good read. It's fiesty & interesting to read. This is not first time to reading this book. Mrs. Hampton did a good job. The storyline is on point.
Jaylin is selfish and secure. He doesn't care anyone for himself. He doesn't know how to treat females. Felicia and Nokea are love blind to Jaylin. They should define what made them happy and which men will treated them respect. Scorpio is a something else. Stephon is a similar as Jaylin. They're playing game and not loyal to each other. I like all them characters but each characters made me laugh and smh.
I will start to rereading on Naughty 2 on this Friday. It's five stars.
Jaylin Rogers is the ideal man, good job, nice car and own house. The only problem is he can't love women no matter how much he might try. When things come crashing down he then looks at his life and his mistakes but is it to late to right his wrongs? Guess the saying is true you don't what you have until its gone!!!!!!!
I have been waiting forever for this series to hit kindle and it finally did. I couldn't wait to start and find out who this Jaylin really was and boy did I go on a ride.I was pissed through the who book but it was very good. I can not wait to continue to see what jaylin is up to next.
Good novels contain two things - interesting, developed characters and a well-crafted plot. It doesn't hurt to have an above average storyteller either.
Author Brenda Hampton has accomplished all these things and more. "Naughty" brings the drama and captures readers.
Jaylin Rogers is unlike any character I've read before. His actions and attitude unleash an array of emotions, setting the other characters on their own course of action.
"Naughty" was hard to put down and I can't wait to see what happens in Naughty 2.
If you have not read the NAUGHTY Series by Brenda Hamptn, do yourself a favor and get all of the books! I DID NOT come up for air until I finsished them ALL within three days! OMG girls, that Jaylin is one SEXY man. I felt like these characters were so real. The series was GREAT!! After I finished, I didn't read anyting for about a month because I didn't think I would be able to find anything else this damn good...lol! Go Brenda, ya know I love you work! Can't wait to get with Jaylin again...lol!!! I won't write review for each book, just know that they were ALL five stars for me!
I randomly discovered this series and I am so glad I did. Jaylin Rogers is rich, successful, sexy, fine, great in bed, but unfortunately he is a womanizer in the worst way. Jaylin is juggling Felecia his sex toy and Nokea the thirty year old virgin. Felecia has been in the picture for 4 years and Nokea has been around for 9 years, both woman are aware of each other. But when Scorpio comes in 3 really does become a crowd. I just hate that there are really men and women like this in the world. Can't wait to read the next installment!
Jaylin wasn't the absolute worst in this book as he evolves in the series. I have a unique perspective since I read the series in reverse. The main issue I have is the lack of consistency in the amount of time Jaylin spent in the orphanage. I peeped it in book 3 but thought I incorrectly recalled but I just went back to book2 and there it was again. I suppose continuity isn't easy to maintain when writing a series but if the crux of who this man has become is because of that mitigating factor then it should be preserved at all cost!
This book is a must-read for anyone who enjoys a good love story that involves a lot of drama. What makes the story even better is the fact that the main characters are successful Black men and women that just want to have fun! Kudos to the author for keeping the reader's attention from cover to cover.
I started this series some years back, but Jaylin, Scorpio, McKenzie, Nokea and Stephen will stay with me forever. Love, love, love this book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is my first time reading anything by this author and I really enjoyed it. In fact, I think I read it in about 3 days. I couldn't put it down. I like her writing style, and enjoyed the story being told by three different people. Can't wait to read the 2nd book in this series! This first one was HOT!
I loved this book...It's a must read...it must be the most erotic romance novels I have ever read...Brenda really prepare you for what to come next book...and if you haven't read them then you need to pick you up a copy because these book are juicy and you will feel the heat...lol...I had read both 1 and 2 in about 4 days.. it really good
Really Really that's how you leave me Brenda thank God there's a part 2...lol. To say that I wasn't stressed would have been and understatement. LOL Jaylin put me through the wringer and to hell and back. I did enjoy the book and questioned the integrity of some of our young folks these days that operate the same way but lets home Nokea sees the light. Excellent read!
Jaylin and Stephon are str8 up nasty and The women in their life are just as bad. I just wanted to slap Nokia most times and Felicia is a straight Ho. I actually like Scorpio though, I think, she could make Jaylin happy.
This was y first read by this author, and I can't wait to read more. I'm off to book 2.
I loved this book.....This was my first book that I have had the pleasure of reading by Ms Hampton and I can't wait to get on with the others. Jayln although he us truly a man whore I found myself feeling sorry for him. This book is a very good example how your childhood shapes and molds you as a adult. So although he is so trifling my heart hurts for him. This is a great book
