The Porter's are a family of young goons who have mastered every aspect of the game. From robbery, to drugs, to extortion; there is nothing that the infamous band of siblings havent been involved in. They devise a plan to escape to Mexico and retire at the height of their career...but the Feds came in. With the feds hot on their heels, ride with them as they make their way to Mexico to avoid the death penalty. Meet the Porters
Fallon is off the chain! This 1st book in the series was all that! Exciting page turning action that had me feeling like I was right there with her! Great read!
This was a goodt book! I read Autumn’s story before this one so I knew Fallons fate. But boy oh boy she was ruthless but definitely not as bad as autumn. Their stories went very similar. Trying to get to that mfn border! I really felt sorry for the Marshall stubborn ass. I can’t WAITTTT to read rain & dayvid stories.
I enjoyed "The Circle:Fallon's Story", I like how the book opened up and gave us the history on the Porter siblings, Fallon, Rain, Autumn and Dayvid. I didn't like that they were caught up so early in the story but once they started escaping from jail it made it more and more exciting to know if they would ever meet up again. Fallon went through hell and hot water trying to get to Mexico in hopes of seeing her siblings again. The closer she got to Mexico the harder things got with the Feds on her tail. I can' wait to read the next book.
I really feel like I'm on a journey with the Porter's and I'm loving it. It's crazy how in real life, from the perspective of a citizen and a person with compassion for people, I don't root for the bad guy. The Porter's are the bad guys though and I'm rooting from them. AND they bad guys from Baltimore, which niggas in my city are certifiable, so it's just interesting how you read a book about someone you wouldn't root for in real life, and the author is able to make you want them to succeed.
That's so fucked up that Linx was the one who snitched. He really told everything so he could get a lighter sentence. Like he volunteered! AND the nigga wore a wire, got Fallon high on coke, and recorded while she spilled EVERYTHING!!! I know she feels like shit, but she should have listened to her older siblings. She's going to have to tell them how they got nabbed.
This one wasn't as good as Autumns story. It was full of tension with Fallon always being only a step or two ahead of the cops and you're wondering if she's gonna make it to Mexico. But Autumns story really stressed me the hell out! I'm definitely interested in checking out more from this author though. I haven't read any of her books prior to this.
I think I may have made a mistake and read these out of order. If doesn't really make much difference, but I really REALLY hate doing that. I think I was supposed to read this one first, then Autumn's story.
I am on to see what the fuck is up with Rain, since she is the only one who wasn't captured in the first place.
This series is good.

Okay, so boom… Fallon is one slick little lady that knows how to really play the game. She got herself out of situations that I didn’t think she would be able to survive. All they were trying to do was put the past behind them and go live a good life. If “I ain’t a kill-er but don’t push me” was a person it would be Fallon 😂. Like, she was trying but every time she thought she could get ahead somebody tried to mess up the flow. Danielle did her big one with this story. I was in here screaming listening to it, and the dang dog just kept looking at me like I was disturbing her 🤦🏾♀️😂. I’m already onto the next book because I need to know what happens next❤️
Title: The Circle | Fallon’s Story Author: Danielle Santiago Genre: Urban Lit Audiobook: 5 hrs, 3 min Rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The current time is 11:58 pm can you say page Turner!!!!! I absolutely loved everything about this book. I am rooting for the Porters I hope they all make it back to each other. Fallon is deter to get back to her siblings. From the minute they are taken into custody the book unfolds and Fallon is presented with one obstacle after another. Each time proving to herself and the readers that nothing will separate her from her siblings. Unexpected ending I do hope U.S. Marshall takes what happened to her as a sign. Can't wait to get into the next book to read the next siblings journey. Great Read though kept my attention from start to finish...
LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS I enjoyed Fallons story. It flowed well from the first book - The beginning by Ashley and JaQuavis. Fallons story is written by another one of my favorite authors Danielle Santiago.
Fallon used all that she had to evade all the authorities to make it to meet up with her siblings Dayvid, Rain and Autumn in Mexico. She learns that some she trusted with her secrets and the secrets of her family were the reason why her siblings and herself into the predicament they are in now. Fallon will do whatever it takes to make it right. If she gotta die she do so trying.
Fallon Porter, one of the three sisters is a true beast! Through it all Fallon maintained her Porter status and continued to manipulate every situation that she was involved with. We recount her love interest and dedication to every cause. This was action packed and easy to read. It was constant chaos! As meeting up with the other siblings in Mexico, this was no easy feat. We got introduced to a US Marshal character that I wished lasted a little longer however the interaction with that Marshal had me on the edge of my seat at one point.
The Porter siblings were a family of bank robbers, who for many years stayed two steps ahead of law enforcement. This is Fallon Porter’s (the middle sister) story. Fallon was known for her beauty & curvaceous body. Fallon’s motto was use what you got, to get what you want. Fallon was always used as a distraction, for whatever security was in place during their heists. After being arrested in a police raid at the safe house, Fallon knew she had to stick to the plan of meeting up with her siblings in Mexico if the ever got separated.
This is the book that I felt badly for the character: Fallon Porter because her family didn't like who she was in a relationship with and they kind of turned their backs on her because of who she was tricked into loving. I have to say that I rooted for Fallon more than I had the other siblings because of this. Fallon went through so much to get where her family planned to meet up at & I'm glad that she made it through it all.
I said I was going to explore genres outside of urban fiction this year, and I will. But, for now, I have gotten sucked into The Circle series. Let’s see if I can make it to the end. 😅
The Circle: The Beginning was supposed to be a short audiobook listen while I cleaned. Now, here I am, finished with Fallon’s story, and moving on to Autumn’s story.
I don’t root for criminals, but this story is more so about family, love, heartbreak, and betrayal than organized crime.
I didn't like Fallon. She was selfish, immature and clueless. She made a fool of herself and her family. I say this to say the author did a good job depicting this story. And while I didn't care for Fallon, I really wanted to see what she would do next. My dislike of her is reflected in my rating. I like the way the writer told this story. This is the other side if a life of crime.

Fallon is a real hot head. I just knew she would be the downfall of the family but in what ways I couldn't have imagined. Where there's a string of bodies there had to be some pillow talk even if she thought she was the savage that kept control in the bedroom. The chase was thrilling I can't wait for the next story.

Awful, absolutely awful. “Love muscle”, “letting go of the breath she was holding”??? Bleh. And to top it off absolutely unredeemable characters. Everyone is horrible and confused as to why life is going poorly. Well, you are all horrible. That’s why. Even the “good guys” are horrible. Do not read.
This Porter girl is bad ..or is it just plain luck. As she makes her way to freedom it's like she can't be stopped. Best one yet. Can't wait to read Autumn's story. No Sweat
After reading the beginning of this series I looked forward to reading this one it was okay. I was a tad bit disappointed because Fallon's story started off as she was a strong female but she kept exhibiting lots of weaknesses.
This portion of the series, was packed full of action. You begin to wonder who you are hoping comes out on top. OK. Where is the next portion? Don't want to lose the momentum.
'Don't forget to remember me...I'll be back, so remember me...'
Davyd and Rain...Autumn and Fallon...all with the same last name...Porter. Remember that name...Porter...it carries alot of clout...these siblings are gangsters in the new millenium. Fearing nothing, conquering everything...with a glint of a gleam that twinkles in each of their eyes as they stand together and defy the reference to defeat or a fall of any sort. These youngsters were orphaned at a young age and taken in by family friends. Nanny and Smitty fed and clothed them with the skills of survival...and the game of taking what you want...point, blank, period. The Porter's are introduced as they toast to their success in criminal activity and their graceful exit out...until karma kicks down the doors and wearing vests with FED written all across them. Fallon is the sexy siren of the siblings and she must use every guise she's mastered as she spares no one in her quest for freedom and being reunited with her siblings.
The Circle: Fallon's Story penned by the incomparable Danielle Santiago. I was uber-excited when I saw that Danielle was back on the scene...because her skills speak for themselves. The beginning was a tad slow due to the introduction and development of characters. Once everyone's position was established and all the dots started to connect, I heard 'my gurl's' voice with clarity and she 'brought it' in her usual fashion. Fallon 's Story exhibits vulnerablity, love, loyalty, strength, courage, and a boldness that reminds you that she's good at what she does for a simple reason...she's a Porter. The baton has been handed off and the lead is noted...I can't wait to see the delivery from the other literary giants as they orchestrate this tale of urban legends.
I will give a prop to Ashley & JaQuavis. They did a good job. They are never disappointed me. They take their time to writing the introduction of The Circle: The Beginning. The main characters are Fallon, Dayvid, Autumn, & Rain. The Circle: The Beginning will be good as The Cartel Series. So far, I enjoyed reading their introduction of this book. It's beginning of the story, but it was a short story. The Circle: The Beginning is dealing with murder, drugs, loyalty, family, and many more. I like the concept and vibe of this story. I want to learn more about Fallon, Dayvid, Autumn, & Rain.
The Circle: Fallon's Story by Danielle Santiago is a good book. This is my first time reading from this author. Danielle Santiago did a good job. She takes her time to writing this book. I enjoyed reading about Fallon. Fallon is one of younger sister of Porters. She is a crazy and something else. She is remind me of Mia from The Cartel Series. No one can't catch her because she is fast and smart but she caught slipping from Linx. Rain and Dayvid are trying to warn her about Linx. I give this book and author a five stars because it's never disappointed me. I'm looking forward reading from this author. I'm looking forward to read Autumn's Story.
