I thought I would love this book. I’ve been itching to read it and now that I’ve finally finished it, it felt off. Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy this book, it was a good story. However, it felt a bit too quick in my opinion. The vibe in this book felt different compared to Knox’s story. While his was more forbidden and sensual, this one had a more playful vibe and wasn’t serious. I felt like Atlas and Molly went from 0-100 in the span of 4 months, and two of those months Molly was in England dealing with the passing of her grandfather. Then, the remainder of the book takes place during Knox and Payton’s wedding and I feel like things escalated from there with them barely knowing each other. On top of that, the whole book was just misunderstanding after misunderstanding. They played a game with each other, Atlas not saying anything about Harlow and Molly not saying anything about Greg. All this did was cause confusion and heartache that wasn’t necessary and I’m talking about Molly’s perspective. Plus, I don’t know why Atlas didn’t just tell her about what he’s doing with Harlow and why he keeps talking or calling her. Molly would have understood that. At the same time, I don’t understand why Molly kept pretending she had another guy around. It all just seemed very unnecessary when this could have been avoided with a conversation but the book’s gotta keep going even when it could have ended sooner and with less mind games. I liked that Juliette went for a more playful and less serious vibe with this story but it just didn’t pull me in so deeply like the other book did. She went in the more heartstrings and swoon aspect. She made Atlas sensitive, needing validity for himself, approval from his family, and a man who is in touch with his emotions. He loved big and he didn’t hide it. He wasn’t afraid to cry and he didn’t feel the need to be macho or dominant with his family and with Molly. Their intimacy was gentle, sweet and he made love to her every time. It was never really about fucking her into oblivion, he wanted to make her feel cherished and important. I loved that Juliette did this and I wish Molly had realized it in the beginning. I just wish the book was written slightly differently and Molly wasn’t so untrustworthy.

After the party and what happened with Atlas and what he said Molly never wanted to see him again. Her trust was limited after what happened with her and Altas reenforced that she shouldn’t trust. Time away for her grandfather’s death didn’t change that. Molly knew she was going to see Atlas again at her friend’s wedding, that didn’t mean she had to be more than polite to him.
Atlas couldn’t get Molly out of his mind, he thought they had something, but she ignores him, until he learns she went to England for her grandfather’s passing.
Seeing Molly again Atlas knows what he felt wasn’t imagined. With the wedding and being focused on if he is getting the award, Atlas still wants Molly. He thinks they might be progressing and she freezes him out.
Finding out that what Molly think is a misunderstanding after talking to his father Atlas sets out to win Molly over, but will she listen to what he has to say.

i have a soft spot for Atlas…

🌶️🌶️🌶️
I love love dark romance, dirty filthy smut but sometimes I just need a good dirty billionaire story. A good’le dirt romance… and Juliette never disappoints With Dirty Temptation, she just delivered.
And Atlas is… sublime. The soft, creative and lover of the Montgomery and Molly humbles him just enough. I mean… I read it doing cardio and during my lunch break. IT WAS TOO SHORT!
If you need a palette cleanser, some romance and a little smut and spice… look no further! (But make sure to read the entire empire loll… it’ll make more sense, Dufort and Montgomery)
I highly recommend 💖✨

I LOVED this book. Atlas and Molly had so many misunderstandings to work through it was fun following them. It was fun and steamy. The only reason I couldn't give the book 5 stars was because it was too short. I loved the book and didn't want it to end or for it to have Ms. Banks go into more detail. The other reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is there are so many grammatical mistakes and in at least one place, it should have been she rather than he. Are these mistakes corrected in the physical books compared to the ebook versions. Despite that, I can't wait until the next book comes out in this series or her other series. I love all her books.

I really liked the first book in the series about Knox and Payton. But this one didn't live up to my expectations.
The writing was still good but the story line was very light on. Nothing much happened apart from a lot of not talking to each other and misunderstandings.
I always go by the percentage read at the bottom of my kindle and so was waiting for some twists and angst at close to the 70% mark. But it didn't happen and just wrapped up at 73%.
I felt cheated.
Sorry but this felt a bit like the author trying to churn out more books in a short time without giving the plot more thought.
I still love her other books so will keep reading and hope this was just an anomaly.

Atlas & Molly

I love this book. Atlas is the middle brother who feels insecure because he sees himself just as a designer compared with his siblings success. He wants to make his dad proud even though his dad already is. Molly is Payton’s best friend who has trust issues and when she got invited to Atlas birthday she got triggered and her insecurities hit her. They both meet again in the Hamptons where they start spending time together but their insecurities get in their way, causing them to go separate ways. They both work on their issues and find their way.

“Forget everyone else. Just be here with me.”

Atlas Montgomery (age 24) is a happier, chirpier version of Knox. He is one of the senior designers for their Verity & Co. fashion line —along with a few other brands. He’s always felt like the lesser brother, not great in anything. So winning an upcoming fashion award is important for him to feel like he’s made his father proud.
Molly Carter (age 24) is Payton’s best friend.
Atlas and her have some foreplay but he stops it since she’s high. She has been badly betrayed by an ex so doesn’t trust men. Her grandfather passed and with some money from his Will she followed her dream to open her own ad agency, Brand Alchemy.

This insta-love story didn’t really work for me. Based on their first interaction I just don’t see how Atlas connected with her so much that he waited for her never really knowing when he’d see her. Molly was difficult for me to like, I mean yes her ex’s betrayal was truly awful but I just felt like she was always just thinking of herself. Not really there for Payton as her bridesmaid or in general. There was a lot of the miscommunication trope with Atlas and Molly which just didn’t flow for me. Plus the spicy scenes were just average.

Overall I’m happy for their HEA but enjoyed more of the side family character interactions than the main couple themselves.

This is only the second book in the new Montgomery Series and already it’s addictive! I love Atlas and Molly’s journey and that she gave him a run for his money, but he was persistent in his pursuit of her! 🤗 Not to mention their chemistry comes off the page right into your heart and makes you swoon! 😊 Juliette has a way with words that just grips you and doesn’t let go! Can’t wait for Levi’s story!

This one was worse than the first and I don't think the author paid attention to their own timeline from the first book when she wrote this one because didn't Molly & Atlas meet again at the proposal at Thanksgiving in the first book? And then in the next book they say they hadn't seen each other since his bday party?

Miss ma'am, I think you're leaving quite a few details out here. Also - smut is incredibly boring lmao.

. I saved Atlas and Molly's story for my birthday and WOW what a steamy present they were. Immediate attraction who for certain reasons Molly is not all that keen on. Atlas has his work cut out for him trying to overcome Mollys issues to get the HEA they both deserve. Huge romantic gestures, lots of steam, an a hole of an ex and unforgettable characters. this a must read.

A different take on the usual strong Alpha male, Atlas is more sensitive and emotional, not afraid to shed tears. Molly had to overcome her trust issues of huge proportions. It's a road of miss understandings, but filled with passion galore, before they get to their happy ever after. Atlas was a persistent and some what patient pursuer. Easy and enjoyable reading as per the norm

Atlas and Molly are so hot together that they set the pages on fire. I had so many emotions going and could not wait to turn each page to see what happened next. Their story will keep you on your toes and have you hating some characters and loving others.

Atlas & Molly’s Story

Loyalty, love, commitment, protective & bossy! Mega issues to work through in this one but lots of stream and sizzle along with a dogged determination make all the difference! We get to see Payton & Knox’s wedding too!

What a great story. Poor Atlas really had to work to get his girl. She had some issues and he was so patient. Their attraction was off the charts. His brothers and father are great characters. I can't wait to read more of Ms Banks books!

Dirty Temptation

The story is a good one however, the time line in this book does not match up with book 1.

2 Spices 🌶️

I'm sorry to say that, amidst the splendid and captivating first book in the series (Knox and Payton), I didn't like this sequel. This book's plotline is a letdown, to say the least. Given that Molly Carter's character proves to be difficult to deal with, I was expecting more twists, drama, and even angst because Atlas Montgomery's character has so much potential. I also can't help but notice certain "romantic" lines that I find tacky and cringe-worthy. There were plenty of prospects to conjure up scenarios of how their romantic story would evolve and finish with a bang. Although I understand that I have no authority to tell the author what should have been written, I can't help but express my frustration with the way this book turned out. Nevertheless, I continue to respect and stand by the author.
Although I have been comfortable with this author's style since the Dufort Dynasty, I can't help but feel that this one lacked her writing magic. The Dufort clan dynamics were evident, and THAT epilogue managed to somewhat increase my appreciation of the entire book, but not enough to warrant a higher rating than I have already awarded.
Since I adore the Montgomery men and their families, I'm hoping that reading Levi's book will help me get over this disappointing and disheartening experience.
