The final volume of the five part Distant Eden series. Adrian isn't allowed to rest on his laurels but now must face an invasion from China. He faces an enemy that is ruthless, and has vastly more manpower and resources.Book five in a five part series that includes A Distant Eden, Adrian's War, Eden's Hammer, and Eden's Warriors.
Great book. Great series. Really weird last chapter with time travel that does not make sense
This is a really good book series about what could happen and It is realistic and really makes you think you would do in similar situations. However the last chapter Turns into a science-fiction novel....which I love science-fiction, and I hate to post to something like this....but it really doesn’t fit. But still I recommend this five book series is a must read for anyone that wants to be prepared.
Eden's War is the fifth book in Lloyd Tackitt's A Distant Eden series. I read this exciting tale through the Kindle Unlimited plan. I try to stay away from any synopsis or spoiler ending and HAVE read all of the previous novels.
As a character driven reader, I enjoy these complex characters that have grown throughout this series. Thinking I was reading the final book in the series, the epilogue confused me. (no spoilers)
I found this book entertaining, yet as good as Mr. Tackitt's ability is to add instructive details for survival, I found the technical aspects in Eden's War slowed down the flow of the storyline in this final book.
Overall, I enjoyed this read, and can recommend this book.
I really liked this book up to but not including the last two pages. How the author could ruin this series with the cockamamie ending I have no idea. I am not going to spoil it for other readers but it makes me want to take the last four books and just smash them against my head. Why? Why? If the last two pages spell out the sequel, the author can just kiss my future sales away because i have no desire to read it.
The author must have, been an officer or. senior enlisted man in the military. There were many tactics used / through out the book that would work in almost any situation. I was glued to the book and had a. hard time putting it down. Excellent Read. Thank You
Wow! 5 books of this series read over 5 days. I loved evey one ! There were some small mentions in a couple of the books about a dream Adrian had. I wondered if it would be addressed and explained. The answer is Yes, Yes! Right on Mr. Tackitt!
