Jade Jones discovered her passion for creative writing in elementary school. Born in 1989, she began writing short stories and poetry as an outlet. Later on, as a teen, she led a troubled life which later resulted in her becoming a ward of the court. Jade fell in love with the art and used storytelling as a means of venting during her tumultuous times.
Aging out of the system two years later, she was thrust into the dismal world of homelessness. Desperate, and with limited income, Jade began dancing full time at the tender age of eighteen. It wasn't until Fall of 2008 when she finally caught her break after being accepted into Cleveland State University. There, Jade lived on campus and majored in Film and Television. Now, six years later, she flourishes from her childhood dream of becoming a bestselling author. Since then she has written the best-selling "Cameron" series.
Quite suitably, she uses her life's experiences to create captivating characters and story lines. Jade currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. With no children, she spends her leisure shopping and traveling. She says that seeing new faces, meeting new people, and experiencing diverse cultures fuels her creativity. The stories are generated in her heart, the craft is practiced in her mind, and she expresses her passion through ink.
This book was fool of hurt pain and deception. The fact that Olivia was not able to live in her truth and be her authentic self with her family then as fate would have it she leaves one Cousin for another just for them both to be a disappointment. This part two will have you questioning everyone and their motives and still leave you with questions as well. Mega does what he thinks is best and Livia is trying to run from her troubles. The revelation of it all was a good full circle. Just sad that Knuckles had the ending he did while trying to do right. It’s a lot of secrets and underhanded situations going on. All in all both books were a good read and allowed you to get the depth of the characters troubles.

The Finale:
'Thug 2: The Finale' was a good ending in how the story finally turned out. If Livia could forgive Mega for the part he played in the story, well, ok, giving the story a good ending. The title definitely was a good name for both of these titles: Thug: A Ghetto Love Story and Thug 2: The Finale.
Very interesting series. Mega had lots of demons that needed to be released, after meeting Livia he was slowly able to release and let the walls down. Livia had lots going on in her life as well, between her parents and her ex, she felt broken. These two meeting was fate. Excellent storyline and great characters
Olivia and Mega are a perfect match but they have so much other stuff going on that they can’t get their relationship on. Olivia parents are Ruthless and very selfish. Mega cousin knuckles wants Olivia back after getting out of prison. Mega main focus is rescuing his sister from Demitri.
Part 2 OMG was so damn good I’m glad her mom got what she deserved I hate she tried to kill her husband though. I’m so glad livia and Mega worked everything out I’m also glad he got his sister back overall book was a 10/10
