Mason had always been lone wolf, content with the solitude that life offered him, but when he meets the bewitching, Juliet, he begins to question everything about his lonely existence.

As a witch with the ability to see the future, Juliet had known Mason was her mate long before she actually met him for the first time. As a Were she felt their bond from the moment they first met, but when he fails to claim her, she is faced with a future without the man she loves by her side.

With his future in mind, Mason turns to his friends to see if he can embrace pack life and be everything Juliet needs in a mate. If he cannot, then he is prepared to walk away from the only woman he would ever love. If he can, then he just might get everything he never knew he wanted.

Another fine read from one of my favorite authors!!

I loved watching Mason and Juliet's love grow and flourish. Seeing how far Mason came to in being everything Juliet needed in a mate by becoming part of a pack, seeing Juliet's determination and acceptance of Mason no matter the path he walked, it was all very touching and inspiring to witness.

I will admit, at the beginning, there was much predictability; from the events that would occur to the words spoken, it was like reciting an old favorite tale. For a time I worried there would be no surprises and it would be a boring, though romantic, repeat of other stories I've read. Then, about half way through the book, Ms. Flynn sucker-punched me in the gut with her twists and surprises, whispering in my ear "How do you like them apples?" And once again I was enthralled by the words that can only come from Donna.

Well done, Donna!! Can barely wait to see how you shall once again wow me!! :)
