This book made me actually want to try Paleo. Before, I was uninterested as soon as I found out there was no dairy. I needs my dairy. But this book offers alternatives, like coconut milk and flour, and since it sounds like it only takes a month to make a difference, I'm trying to work up the resolve to try it just for a month, just for a bit, just to see how it feels.
I really liked the recipes in this book and the tips for starting a Paleo lifestyle. Nothing too complicated and the recipes didn't have 25 ingredients! Recommended for newbies!
