Now this was an issue! I happened along quite the set of this series for free but was unfortunately looking a gift horse in the mouth after the first few issues because I wasn't really enjoying it. The issues seemed to be too focused on playing for laughs rather than telling a cohesive story, but this one was fun, especially as a Hellboy fan. It had a clear goal in mind and ultimately as a good read with some terrific Mignola artwork.
