Secret Baby with my One Timer

Rate this book
OliverShe was the beauty in the gold dress. As a hockey player for the New York Stars, I live for the blaring horns and roars in the arena. Yet, secretly I can’t forget about the golden-haired girl I once bought for one unforgettable night. Despite over two years having passed, the memory of her refuses to fade. So when I find out she’s the best friend of a rival’s wife, I take charge to make her mine. What I don’t expect is to see a little girl with eyes just like mine. TaylorHe was the devil in the gold mask. Two and a half years ago, I had a brainwave and sold my virtue for thirty-three thousand dollars. It was a scorching, passionate night, but he never gave me his name and told me he was a pilot before he left me alone. I have tried to forget the way he held me in his arms, and the way his eyes matched the gold mask he wore. I tried to forget him, but... Each time I look at the little girl in my arms—I can’t. Read Oliver and Taylor’s story in the first book of the Spicy Pucks Hockey series. Each book in the series will be approximately 20k words long, a two-hour read. The series follows the players of the New York Stars hockey team, and the women these men fall in love with. As with all my books, this is a steamy series and is for adult readers.

A quick read about family, love and everything in between. Oliver is a professional hockey player who had a one time hook up that he never forgot. Two years later he sees her again…with a little girl with his eyes. Taylor has a lot on her plate and the last thing she needs is her baby daddy to come back into her life. This is a quick read with sassy banter and spicy chemistry.

Good

First book if read from Milly Kent and I enjoyed it.
A nice quick read. A romantic story. Enough detail to make you want to continue reading the rest of the series.
Romantic scenes medium spice.

A few grammatical errors like words missing or in wrong order.

Will read rest of series then go back to previous series.

Hooked on these short stories!

Great short read and can’t wait to read the rest. I love how all the characters are connected. I happened to read book two of the series first but it didn’t take away from book one at all. On to book three!

Meh

Some spelling and grammar mistakes.
I know it's a short read, but it lacks depth of storyline & depth in the smut department. A short romance read should have at least 1 of those 2 things.

honestly wasn’t too happy with this short story. read it faster just to get through it. everything bc was stupidly fast paced and the lot was solely on getting the girl and her kid back.
