Great read, yet challenging.
As a pastor understand the need for an intentional strategy to equip parents to become the primary disciple-makers of their children.
As a parent, I feel intimidation of such a task.
Brian lays out a plan in "Shift" that helps equip churches and parents to serve the role God specifically lays out for each.

Great!
I liked how this used the events in a child's life to celebrate and move the families forward in their walk towards raising their child to love God.
