All information supplied by the sciatic nerve, about movements of the leg, and sends information back to the brain about all sensations. This sciatic nerve is made up from the lumbar and sacral nerve roots from the spine and formed from the lower part of the spinal column. This sciatic nerve exits at the lower part of the spinal column (lumber-sacral area), passes through behind the hip joint, and go down to the back of the thigh. This nerve is a largest peripheral nerve in the body. If any inflammation due to various causes of the sciatic nerve, it is well known as sciatic.
Regular Yoga practice is very useful, helpful in Sciatica, many person get relief, yoga correct the posture and living activities, exercises the spinal column,sciatic nerve. Well maintain the medulla-oblongata and the spine joint which is the key point between brain and the spine.
