What if the boy who never grew up did? Peter Michaels knows he’s Peter Pan. He’s kept this secret his entire adult life until he meets A-list Hollywood royalty, Viv O’Brien. But can he convince her that fairy tales and Neverland exist, and that happily ever afters can come true?
Peter Michaels, Hollywood stuntman and sword fight choreographer, is harboring a secret—he’s the real Peter Pan, the boy who did in fact grew up. Far from Neverland and forced to hide his secret, he distances himself from others for fear of being rejected for who he truly is. That is, until he meets Vivien Kelly.
Vivien Kelly, A-list Hollywood royalty, is determined to branch out into directing, but her steampunk version of Peter Pan is doomed. If bratty kids and demanding studio executives weren’t bad enough, Peter’s generous nature and easygoing attitude are distracting her.
Soon Peter starts to melt her heart and Vivian fantasizes about a fairy tale ending of her own. But will Peter’s secret tear them apart? Will he leave her for a world of fairies and pixie dust when Peter knows that saying goodbye means going away, and going away means forgetting each other forever?
This book was very cute. Though, I'm a bit disappointed in how the story was marketed. It wasn't so much a Peter pan retelling since the "Peter plan" plot wasn't really a focus. Now, not to say the story was bad, because it was adorable. The spicy scenes alone made reading this book worth it. Peter and Vivs' scenes were freaking hot. I wouldn't consider this book a slow burn in the slightest since their relationship only took a few weeks to get hot and heavy, and they slept together on the first meeting.
I really enjoyed this spicy retelling of Peter Pan. It definitely had the spice but also engaging characters as well as humor. Peter is cheeky. He had me laughing. Which I was happy to see him do so as the opening scene was heartbreaking.
Viv needed Peter in her life. She had kind of forgotten how to have fun. It was nice to see her open up with Peter. Although, whenever they were together, they could not keep their hands off each other. Viv's roommate, Damien can attest to this. Speaking of Damien, he and his boyfriend, Tony were a very nice addition to this story. They also had me laughing.
If you love fairy tale stories that you grew up on but make it adult version with spice, humor, and engaging characters then you will want to pick up a copy of this book to read.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
the spicy scenes made this book well worth the read.
the plot jumped around a lot with no real conflict or resolution and the romance was not much of a slow burn considering the whole story takes place in a matter of weeks. it’s also not much of a Peter Pan retelling as it really only discusses that for a few pages and the rest revolves around sex and her directing a Peter Pan movie.
Overall the story was ok but if you’re looking for a quick and spicy read - this is perfect!

All in all this was a very cute read. There were some parts of it that I didn’t care for, but overall it was enjoyable.
My favorite part was the exploration of the intercourse while flying aspect. I’ve never seen that before and I find myself now needing more of it so shout out to the author for that!
4/5 ⭐️ 4/5 🌶️ Enjoyed the book, it’s a good balance between smutty and storyline. There were some parts where it jumped but we almost never read for the plot here peeps… I think that the author does a great job at doing an alternate reality telling of the classic Peter Pan story.
Liked the story. It's cute. I wouldn't call it a Peter Pan retelling, though. However, the reason I am giving 2 stars is because there were SO MANY spelling and grammar errors. This book definitely needs another pass with an editor. It was very distracting.
