This book really helps to have better relationships with people.Communicating from the heart isn't cliche . It's actually talking from your heart chakra which is located in the center of your chest not the physical heart. It is the door way to the conscious you as opposed to how most people talk from a ego perspective . You will feel uplifted doing this and other people will sense the truth behind your words which makes life better.
