I really liked that this book wasn't all about putting prescription pills down our kids throats for add and ADHD, that there is another solution to getting their brains to function better... It may take some time, but if routine can be put in there also with natural cures and eating certain foods, but I think it will be worth the shot... What do we have to lose?
