Being Queen of the British Werewolves means I’m not one to back down, especially when my friend Emory is facing trial on spurious charges. I stormed in, certain that my impassioned speech would help save the king of the dragon shifters – but darker forces prevailed.
The Domini, a sinister secret society, is pulling strings from the darkness. They manipulate rulers and topple thrones – but they’ve picked the wrong woman to mess with. I refuse to dance to their tune; the only thing I dance to is nineties’ pop music.
My mission is clear: dismantle the Domini and find a long-lost magical artefact that could restore our pack’s lost air powers. With a few powerful werewolves at my side, lured in by yummy cookies, cute unicorns and a commitment to gender equality, I’m building an unstoppable force.
Once I’ve got my allies and our ancient orb back, I won’t just be levelling the playing field – I’ll be obliterating it. And then it’ll be time for me to go hunting…
The Domini better start sleeping with one eye open.
I enjoy the world and was looking forward to what the book’s synopsis promises - answers to what happens to Emory, getting the orb back and uncovering the Dominion. Unfortunately not one of those things happen. Actually, NOTHING happens! The entire book just follows Lucy and company as they muddle through trying to figure everything out. The end. Can’t even say it was a cliffhanger. They just walked off the page in the middle. I HATE that!! At least tie up ONE of those threads! Makes me wonder why I wasted my time even reading the book.
This edition was an absolute blast. Felt like being back in the family fold once again with all these great characters. Even Cain from the Other Circus had his role to play. Snarky Esmé's smack talking definitely steals some of Lucy's limelight in my opinion as I adore her. Lucy pulled rank at Emory's trial, but to no avail. Can't mention all, but it's a well stacked reading experience, which I unsuccessfully tried to prolong. The Domini is still a massive thorn, while the important hunt down of the orb takes a Time walk. Lucy decides to add the Alexandro surname to her own, announced her mate. Phewww still quite a lot to happen to conclude the prophecy. All I can say is, bring on the next book asap as I'm dying for more. What an author of note Heather is. I received an advanced review copy from the author and leave this review voluntary Thank you
I just finished this, and I read it from beginning to end in one sitting. I just love Lucy and everyone in her pack, as well as Esme who just slays me with her misunderstanding of idioms and sayings. In this latest, we make some progress on the hunt for the orb, with some interesting happenings along the way. Those happenings just make me gasp out loud as I can’t believe how clever this author is with the way she weaves together random bits, or at least to us, and makes them important later. I just adored this latest, and I wish I had the next one in hand because I want to see what happens next; I’m almost desperate to. LOL! As always, this is a cleverly written, action-filled, fun masterpiece sure to please all fans. Highly recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.
Things never are easy for Lucy the Werewolf Queen. A powerful, shadowy organization that tried to recruit her now is aligned against her, and she has at least one of their spies near her pack. She is trying to root out abusive alphas and unite the UK packs under her rule while some of her tentative allies want her to choose them as a mate. Her beta and lover Greg is not happy with the ruse. In addition to the threats to her rule and the political haggling, Lucy is determined to retrieve the Orb, a magical object stolen centuries ago whose absence ripped away werewolves’ ability to use air magic.
These all are tall orders, but Lucy with her spreadsheets, with Greg, and of course her wolf half Esme are up to the task. Lucy makes progress on all her quests while multitasking like a pro and playfully arguing with Esme about how English idioms make no sense. As with all of Heather Harris’s series, I’ve become attached to her characters and invested in their problems and triumphs and can’t wait until the next book comes out.
Reading a book by Heather G. Harris always feels like coming home, and this one was no exception. I loved every minute of it! The world she creates is both magical and deeply relatable, making it easy to lose yourself in the story. I’m already counting down the days until the next installment!
Wow, what a great addition to the Other Realm! Queen Lucy has a lot on her plate. Trying to protect those in her pack, trying to protect the rogues that she called to her, solving murders and locating artifacts, and also being the queen that the prophecies claim she is. Thankfully, Lucy does it with such style, flair, and only some murder and mayhem. There are so many secrets to uncover yet, but Lucy is determined to get to the bottom of the Domini, and every step she takes puts a larger target on her back. I devoured this book so quickly as I can't wait to see what awaits our Queen and her packs and man oh man, did the author not disappoint. She did an amazing job keeping up the personal and pack drama to keep me hooked, but also not so much it feels like a soap opera. I will have to wait for the next book to see if things hash out, but I love that at the end of this book, at least some answers are found.
"It was on days like these that something told me I wasn’t the good guy. Not any more."
ARC received via authors arc group. All opinions are my own.
Really enjoyed this latest episode in Lucy, werewolf queen's, chaotic life. The ensemble cast is brilliant and her relationship with Esme, her wolf, often steals the show. This follows on from the previous book and the plot thickens as Lucy attempts to weed out the Domini and bring the pack into the 21st century. I like that Lucy is compassionate and competent, as well as secretly a bit of a nerd. There were minor niggles with this one but I admit that I am a repository of slightly more obscure historical detail so certain things will bug me that fly right by most people. So don't let that put you off. Overall though, this is found family goals and was a lot of fun.
This is a review for an ARC copy and may contain spoilers.
Picking up directly from Awakening of the Pack, Lucy and Esme don’t get much time to rest, before she’s embroiled in yet another treasure hunt to restore the packs lost abilities.
In addition to that problem, she has to choose a Mate, she and Esme already know that they want Greg and his wolf unfortunately she has other potential suitors claiming for her hand and has no idea exactly how to deal with the issue, though she’s probably debating using a spreadsheet!
However, her first immediate problem is rehydration after all the alcohol consumed at Jinx’s hen party (Challenge of the Court), before heading home and the challenges ahead of her. It’s a juggling act for Lucy as she tries to find the whereabouts of a stolen orb required to return lost powers to the wolves and strengthen her rule, deal with the threat of the Domini, find out who she can trust from the packs, eliminate any threats and many other issues that pop up on what seems like an hourly basis. Not to mention Esme's rather basic and often bloodthirsty point of view.
Add in a couple of little trips, including one to the past via portal, and you have a rollercoaster of a journey, where you don’t want it to stop when the book ends, and you want to beg Heather to write quicker. Like all of her MFC's she’s wonderful, amazing and great but come on Heather find a spell of something to make you write faster, your Hellhounds need to find out what is coming next.
In Resurgence of the Pack, Lucy goes on a crazy ride through time.
She’s trying to locate the Orb, it went missing centuries ago and no has seen or heard where it’s gone. Its power ripped away werewolves access to air magic and she’s on a mission to get it back.
A lot goes down in this book! As always, I devoured it within the day. Heather always writes such page turners they’re IMPOSSIBLE to put down.
Lucy as well as trying to be Alpha has to pick her mate! I loved getting to see more of her and Greggs relationship blossom.
Of course, Esme and her witty snarky comments always make me laugh.
I’m excited to see where Heather takes us for Lucy’s ending in book 6 - Ascension of the Pack.
Resurgence of the Pack releases on October 1st! 🐺💜
The opening scenes were already throwing my emotions all over the place, except for the first chapter which got me giggling immediately! One scene in particular with Emory and the brethren, well geez, goosebumps and a tear or two material! Glory do I love Lucy! Her feistiness and her smarts are in a league of their own! Come on, one HAS to applaud her genius move to help Alessandro, I hooted in excitement! Oh glory! An action filled read with Lucy trying so hard to play the balancing game, or rather, the mating game, keeping panting alpha's at bay while waiting for Manners to spit IT out. But here's the thing, ever heard of this phrase? " Assumptions are the mother of all f**kups!" By the time Lucy had THAT cleared up, she had already kicked up the fire! But things are just heating up....the Domini are still a threat, the orb is still missing, she has to fend off suitors, she has to look after the interests of her pack, so lots of mystery.
This book is probably my favourite, not only is the plot unfolding in directions I couldn't anticipate, adding immense pleasure at the twists, plenty of "ooo, wow" moments, there's a wonderful lightness in the banter in this story, which brought many a smile to my face. Like when the panicked corvids raised the alarm and the reason for their panic.. like a proposal.. yeah, I laughed so hard! Heather truly has a gift with storytelling, she took me on a spiraling journey, even to Victorian times, and I loved every second of it! The character representation is done magnificently, and how she binds the past with the present, well shoot, exceptional! Lucy is gorgeous in every way, her niceness, her smarts, her compassion is beautifully described. I absolutely loved meeting the forefathers of some of the characters, to see how Lucy outsmarted some, got some to declare a loyalty which transcends the ages. The WHY was so awesome! See what I mean? Past and present just fit perfectly! But pure genius, in amongst a very traumatic event, was the descriptive portrayal of Terrance. Getting to "meet" him, to see why he is as he is, you know, in a crown...was an eye opener, and very very cool, sad but cool. The world Heather lays out IS vivid, IS descriptive, I feel as though I'm there.
What's ultra cool is the growth in Lucy, Heather captured the balance to perfection, the confidence in Lucy that's growing from book to book and keeps a vulnerability to her at the same time, as in her insecurity with Greg and formally choosing a mate. Although, I giggled more in this book than the last, the humourous undertone is awesome.I do love the way Ms Harris takes the tempo up and down so effortlessly, one minute I'm feeling warm and gooey, next I'm in a tense situation. Exciting, compelling. Between the giggles, I felt real pain for Lucy, I had a lump in my throat that made swallowing very tough as I read about Lucy's dad... that her dad ..uggghhh! read it to find out but geez, gobsmacked is the word! Which is offset by Lucy's mom, gad's do I love her unconditional acceptance and love for her children. So beautiful it radiates with her love. There's so much to love in this book, notably Esme who's just delighted in her utterances, Greg, who's love for Lucy is off the charts yummy, hell, HE'S off the charts yummy! Nina, a sentient house, Tarkers, his off the cuff comments and joviality made him instantly likeable, Debbie, Ben, who's assimilation into the pack is wonderfully natural, the Seraph, heck, the whole bang shoot! Full, meaty and awesome!
What I really enjoyed was the tempo, like an aria, skilfully having softer moments before rising into a furious tempo. The mystery was excellent, once again, I had all sorts of theories and they were all wrong 😂 I LOVED the introduction of grandpa Krieg and Langston and getting to meet the real Terrance. The way this illustrious author tied it all together was genius! As always, there were eye opening surprises, and as I've already mentioned, I do love the highlights of real issues in real life, very realistic. Though it was of an era gone by, I loved the references to pertinent things, still active in our timeline, in reality, like child labour, professional women playing second fiddle to men, accepting those that are different. A fantabulous read! You don't know how much you need this book and series! Read it and see why...
When it comes to the Other Realm, and especially Lucy Alessandro-Barrett, I only have one thing to say: SPECTACULAR - give me fourteen of ‘em right now!!👏🏼🙌🏼
Poor Lucy, nothing can ever be easy for our badass Queen of the Wolves. With one murder solved, another has popped up in its place, and that’s not the worst of her problems! A secret society is gunning for her loved ones, the other Alphas are circling - ready to take a bite and her crown, she has a traitor in her pack she needs to flush out, she has to find the lost Orb and restore power to the wolves, AND on top of that – choose a mate to rule by her side by the full moon.
Heather’s stories are always a riot, and the latest in Lucy’s journey is no different! They’re quick reads that make you laugh out loud, and keeps you on the edge of your seat with the mystery and constant death threats, attacks and betrayals! I could not recommend them more. I love a good series that intermingle, and the Other Realm is one of the best! All of the characters, even those outside of our core six leads, are funny and relatable, and I’ve grown very attached to this magical realm. And I’d be foolish to not mention one of my favs - Greg Mathers, the man that you are!🥹♥️🥵 No notes!! As much as I adore Bastion and Emory, if I had to pick any Harris man to spend the rest of my life with – call me Peaches, because Greg Mathers is it! Seriously, if badass heroines, intriguing mysteries, or mythical creatures aren’t your jam, then dive into the Other Realm solely for the swoonworthy men that Heather has created! You won’t be disappointed.
We have a lot to go for Lucy to fulfil the great prophecy, and I am READY. Bring on the next one! Thank you Heather for providing me this arc in exchange for an honest review! It’s always a treat.🫶🏼
In this 5th instalment of the Other Wolf series we find Lucy slightly hungover following Jinx’s hen do and with a lot on her plate. The Orb is still missing, the Domini are ramping up the pressure and the deadline is looming for her to announce her Mate. She still makes time to help out a good friend, Emory, by supporting him at his trial, although she wonders whether anything she’s said will do him any good. So much is happening so fast that Lucy’s not realised a simple misunderstanding regarding wolf etiquette could cause serious issues for the new Wolf Queen’s reign. Add in another amorous alpha, some salient sabotage and a spontaneous PDA and Lucy’s got more trouble than she can shake a proverbial stick at. We discover more about Nina’s and Terrance’s stories and how the wolves were stripped of their air magic; Lucy makes more friends of influence, but also a few more enemies - will she also find her enemies are closer than she thought? I love that this story just keeps getting better and better, with more twists and turns than a twisty-turn-y thing! I love that it’s not just Lucy’s character who’s continued to grow along with the storyline. We learn more about her families - the Alessandros’, her adopted family and the wolves - how they’ve influenced and moulded her thoughts and actions and how their presence continues to so do. Heather’s writing is a multi-faceted reading experience that I found I just couldn’t put down. She links this story so creatively with the other narratives in the rest of the Other Realm, bringing in some well-loved characters from her other books and melding it all into a seamless whole that’s still fresh and full of action and adventure five books in! I can’t recommend this series enough - wherever you join her stories I’m sure you’ll find them engrossing! If you want to start at the beginning Heather has a suggested reading order on her website heathergharris.com.
There was a lot of filler in this story as opposed to actual story line development. Lucy did a lot, a bunch … a ton of rambling. She did so much inner monologue spiraling that I sometimes forget what the actual scene was about.
Her ramblings were mostly don’t at inappropriate times, like in a scene where she was having a conversation with someone standing in her face. Then there were her conversations with Esme that took place in the middle of a conversation with a person as well. I mean a full on conversation with Esme and her ramblings while the person she was talking to did goodness knows what.
We also had a lot of Lucy being unintelligent, like plain ole dumb. She missed things said or done in front of her, not really missed them, she’d take note of them and then dismiss them as nothing and they’d end up being something significant later. She procrastinates so much it hurts my brain. She can’t sonnet two dots even if they were right beside each other.
Then one had a lot of the author forgetting who was in the scene, like she completely forgot about Greg at one point when there was action at the seat of power and only focused on the other two allies. Then, in the same scene, but at the end, she forgot about the person they had apprehended. I still don’t know where that dude went or how he even got away. I know how what they stole got away, but not the person itself. And this is where the missing and forgotten Greg would have been useful… but he couldn’t be because somehow he was no longer in the scene. Crazy.
Anyway, see my notes, highlights and commentary on Goodreads! Happy reading!
All hail the Queen! With the confirmation of the Great Pack and the Home Counties Pack absolutely in her corner, Lucy Barrett is ready to take on her naysayers and those who would have her dead for her title and power. Heavy is the head that wears the crown though, and it’s time to get to work on a certain Orb for the benefit of wolves everywhere.
With Greg Manners, Lucy’s Beta and mate (sort of), as well as her wolf Esme, Lucy’s on the case to find out who took the Orb and, for that matter, when! Sure, save the Great Pack, and reconnect the wolves with their long-lost powers, sounds like another Tuesday, right? No big deal! While she’s at it, Lucy might as well take apart an ages-old organization that works from the shadows and pulls the strings, just for funzies!
Sexy, funny, intelligent, exciting, and with more twists than Grandy’s rotini, this fifth (keep ‘em coming!) novel in the "Other Realm" sister series, “The Other Wolf” is one I highly recommend. This is a phenomenal book that is incredibly fun, witty, and just the right bit of seductive! Beautifully written, engaging, and something that simply cannot be put down, this is a must-enjoy for any Urban Fantasy reader! Enjoy!
I received a free copy of this E-Book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
If you love Urban Fantasy then you need this series in your life!!!
This was an amazing read. If you are following this series you are going to love this !!!! If you are new to the series, welcome come on in and prepare to be obsessed!! The Other Realm needs more like Lucy. I really enjoy how warm and caring she is while still being fierce and kick-ass when needed. Being Queen of the werewolves (UK) can't be an easy thing and I am glad that as this story progresses she finds some strong allies and weeds out some snakes. The relationships in this book! The banter, the cheeky little digs and the honesty, oh my days!!! I love Esme and Lucy's relationship the most, it's so funny and endearing. I have really loved how it has flourished. The amount of heart strings this book pulled was insane. Manners! I can't even, the way he treats his Queen! The blossoming of the relationship they have, it had me tearing up so many times. This book just grabbed me and would not let go. Honestly I was here for it. The last chapter (no spoilers) I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. The ending........ I need the next book now!!!
I love how you can totally read this series just as it is and it is amazing, but if you read the other 'Other' series it really deepens the world story. I highly recommend all of Heather's books.
This was received as an ARC and all (incoherent) thoughts are my own..

Heather's Notes I am still not sure why, but I just don't like Lucy as much as Jinx. I am only finishing this series, because I really want to read Amber's and they seem to be interconnected. They are not bad, I just don't seem to have a the connection with the characters. That being said, I don't hate them, so there is that.
All of The Other books are amazing and each time I think the latest can’t be beaten, but then Heather raises the bar again.
Lucy is juggling so many huge responsibilities in her role as Queen, and the fact that she does this successfully, shows just how worthy she really is. Pulling together the lone wolves, keeping her pack strong and the Devon pack, while still having 3 other packs whose alphas she has killed. On top of this she still has to resolve the imminent issue of her mating, track down the missing orb, find the traitors in their midst and tackle the Domini. All of which while keeping herself, and those she cares about, alive and well. All in a normal day for Lucy!
Over the course of this action packed book, Lucy uses her talents and her magic to influence changes in many ways and is coming closer to answering questions, which put her in peril. She attracts more loyalty and devotion with ease and some new, very likeable allies join her. Greg is by her side as always, protecting her and Esme provides plenty of snark and humour, as well as showing a little of her more vulnerable side.
I’ve devoured this book and can’t wait for the next- Heather G Harris is definitely one of my all time favourite authors.
I awoke with a pounding head. What did you do to us? Esme whined. You drank way too much of the falling-down juice. So begins Book 5 of Heather G Harris's Resurgence of the Pack! Our Queen of The Werewolves Alpha Lucy had too much fun at her best friend Jinx's Bachelorette Party (or Hen Do as they call them in Britain)! Now she must try to save Jinx's friend, Emory, keep her pack, loners, family, & Grandy safe, and ferret out the evil order known as The Domini who have infiltrated her mansion!! Old enemies surface and even older allies emerge. Searching for an ancient Orb becomes paramount. Meanwhile, worry about the upcoming full moon and the promised mating ceremony is always on her mind! I cannot wait for the next book! I suggest you read Heather G Harris's other novels before this one. They are all awesome and full of Magic and Love and Mystery!! You can find her suggested reading order on her website heathergharris.com FaceBook, Twitter, TikTok, Goodreads, BookBub, or by googling! Dive in head first to The Other Realm! Heather G Harris
Heather G Harris is a literary phenomenon! She keeps producing highly entertaining and addictive stories, hitting the ball out of the park with her ability to write winners.
Poor Lucy is really being put through the wringer now, with troubles from the past and in the present. Her love for her people is always at the forefront of her mind though, and she is doing a superb job as leader of her own Pack, while trying to manage and care for her new Packs. The author creates such amazing female characters, making them relatable while inspirational. The exchange between Lucy and Elvira about having trouble with compliments will resonate with most women, I think.
I loved the brief character crossovers! There's always time for Jinx, Emory and Amber. Meeting a Krieg was fascinating too, considering where we were left with that family in the Other Witch stories. For an author who admits to being a Pantser, these books are all incredibly well connected and overlapped.
This is Heather's 25th release. I've read and listened to them all and never been disappointed. If you want brilliant stories from an author who will never let you down, look no further than Heather G Harris.
This is book 5 in The Other Wolf series with Lucy as Queen of the British Werewolves and follows on from Awakening of the Pack (start with book 1 Protection of the Pack) I absolutely adore how Jinx and Amber are part of this series too and how everything links together and I envy those of you who get to read the entire Other world series from the beginning! This is another book that I absolutely devoured – like all of Heathers books that I have read. If you love strong (but not annoyingly so) female main characters with a host of unforgettable side characters (some of whom have their own series) plus humour and fantastic character building this is the series for you. Lucy wasn’t my favourite when she showed up in The Other Realm series (Jinx’s series) but Heather is so good at building a character so you can really see how as things happen and change (like going from human to Queen of the British Werewolves) as life events happen. I enjoyed this so much that I was gutted it ended and cannot wait for the next one (Ascension of the Pack) I enjoy this world so much, there’s mystery, found family, romance, humour, strong female friendships and carnivore unicorns with clawed feet – what more could you possibly want?
I am addicted to this series. The characters are simply outstanding and by the end of chapter one, you'll be hooked. I am in love with Aries the fierce Unicorn and his shy little one Ivy. Lucy is stiil trying to get the lone wolves settled in and to feel comfortable with pack life. Along with that she was trying to locate an orb that was stolen many many years ago. It's really tough to locate something when you have little clues. With Greg by her side helping her she knows they will succeed. Also she has other wolves courting her and pressuring her to choose a mate. As queen of the wolves she must choose a mate on the night of the next full moon. Now she needs to work up the courage to ask Greg. The Domini is also hot on her tail. They are furious after shecrefused to join them. One of my favorite parts was the interrogation of Kearne by Greg. It was kind of a gruesome picture in my head but still satisfying due to his selfish nature. Lucy is determined to put an end to the Domini to help the seed of power regain what she lost. A very intriguing read and I can't wait to see what's next.
Lucy is Queen and the pack is now packed with lone wolfs and guests and she has a new quest to find the orb. How though, she has no idea. The only thing she knows is that she has a seemingly enormous list of things to do and no idea who to trust and how to do it all. She helps her grandfather at a challenge and with her sentient crown Terrance she can do no wrong it seems. A strange call from a seer and she learns of a next step (freakin’ seers and their mumbo jumbo) and from there takes another at Oxford library until once again it seems time travel is needed. Maybe her last jaunt. She catches an enemy unaware beforehand and she knows he is Dominion. Now she just needs information from him. She makes her trek to the past and learns who another enemy is and more importantly who has the orb. But her she has another traitor in her ranks and she needs to root them out. It never gets easier for the Queen. With every book the writing gets better, crisper and the action faster. Heather is in the groove and it shows.
Firstly to start by saying I absolutely love the world that Heather has created here with the Other World. I love how there's multiple series that can all be read alone but also together they hold a much greater picture.
This book specifically is book 5 in The Other Wolf Series, we follow our FMC Lucy and her Wolf Esme on their journey of being Queen of the wolves, attempting at restoring magic that has long been lost to the wolves whilst also battling with a greater enemy, The Domini.
The book is closed door, but I actually find this such a breathe of fresh air from open door romances. Lucy is a badass Queen Alpha and Greg is just 🥵🥵 there's so much chemistry between the two characters and I love the Banter they have with each other.
Throughout these books I often find myself laughing out loud, because the British humour is just so great to read and makes a nice change. I love every single character and honestly I just don't think I'll ever get enough of this world.
Another amazing book in the Other Wolf series. Lucy is still on the hunt for the Orb that was stolen as well as trying to root out the traitor in her midst. While searching for clues, she realizes she must make one final trip into the Third Realm. With the pressure of this being her final trip to the past, her troubles keep mounting after she gets there as well. This book is such a wonderful blend of humor and suspense. Esme is definitely the star of the show and I can’t help but snort when she lets Lucy know why her traditions and sayings are incorrect. And the euphemisms and spreadsheet talk between Lucy and Greg… I can’t even! I’ll never look at spreadsheets the same! We get to meet some old friends from the past and make new ones as well. And there is more backstory regarding Terrence and Nina. Lucy is also pushed into uncomfortable territory when a traitor is found and it shows just how good of a person she is that she realizes she is becoming more like those she is fighting. This book answers so many questions I had while adding more to the list! Now they have a starting point, how will they accomplish getting the Orb back? Will they be able to figure out who is in charge of the Domini? I already can’t wait for the next book and am anxiously waiting to know what happens a next!!
All hail the Queen! Lucy & Esme are back... but so are forces of evil bigger than they could have imagined! With her mate, her pack, and her brother at her side, she has this right? Right?
Just when Lucy thought she could switch gears and focus on Jinx and Emory's problems, her problems come back with a bang! Not only is there a super-secret organisation that wants to kill her... it's so secret that no one will talk about it!
"Resurgence of the Pack" has the trademark Lucy strength, Esme sass, and high-stakes escapades that everyone has come to know from Heather! It is fascinating to read this after Jinx's second series as the overlapping timeline adds depth to both plot-lines. I'm so excited to go back to read Jinx's books to see the conflicts with new information!
Plus we also got Bastion and Amber who are my all time favourites (even before we see them together).

Anytime I get my hands on any of this author's books, I leap on it just like Esme does her enemies. If you don't know who Esme is, you have some catching up to do. There are quite a number of books set in the Other, the supernatural world that coexists with ours. There have been a few protagonists so far, and in each of their stories there is some overlap as the books' events include a protagonist from another series. That's really hard to explain. Lemme try something else. In Jinx's books, Lucy from this series pops in from time to time. In Lucy's books, Jinx pops in. Same goes with Amber popping in and out of the other series as they pop in and out of theirs. It's a lot of fun!
Lucy has quite a lot of her own catching up to do. She's been crowned Queen of the UK werewolves (really probably all of the werewolves), she has men trying to keep her down or mate her or join in a secret society, she's trying to return the werewolves to their former air-powered glory, and she's still learning what it means to be an alpha let alone a Queen.
The whole thing is so exciting and fun to read, and I know I'm going to read this book and all of the other books multiple times - I can't stay out of the Other for too long!
