Easy to read of you haven't read the other books this takes place during. Another great rh by Elizabeth bardot. Strong FMC trying to secure her place. Her men show up for her in so many different ways. Some ups and downs that keep you reading.

Katerina knew being a woman in power would be an uphill battle. While weeding through her own men in the Bratva, Katerina finds herself the target of multiple surrounding criminal organizations. Finding out who is trust worthy is a difficult task, but she starts finding trust in unexpected places.
I loved how the FMC was already the one in the crime life in this book. And including guys who had minimal crime connections was a fun aspect. The build up of tension between the FMC and each MMC was well done! I loved all that tension and the spiciness that resulted from it. Sooo good!
The ending felt a bit rushed. There was such a large build up and some great twists at the end. I would have loved to enjoy more depth to those twists and the after effects.
Any mafia romance why choose lovers definitely give this book a try (after checking all trigger warnings)! And while you’re at it check out all of Elizabeth Bardot’s other amazing books! All the Sinners Bay books are such great reads!

Great series. I love Elizabeth’s writing style. This one featured Katerina. She was the leader of the bratva. There were a lot of things that lead up to her taking over. She met Leo at the gym. He was the owner and a trainer. He was teaching her how to protect herself after the attack. He became her bodyguard. She also me Riley who was the owner of the coffee shop that she went to all the time. Next you have Hamish who moved in across the street from her and they had it out for each other so they kept messing with each other. It was quite hilarious. There was one other person who came in to the book that was an unforeseen ally and that was Alexsei. If you love mafia books I suggest this series.

Another Amazing Read from the Sinnersverse!!!
We first met Katerina in a previous book but if you haven’t read the other books, you are good just jumping in here. Katerina and her men don’t disappoint! This story is hot, fast paced and I loved their dynamic. I loved how strong Katerina is and that no matter what was stacked against her, you plowed right through it! It was also great seeing some of the other characters I love from this world show up.

This was another Awesome book. Please read, the triggers warning, Please. I just couldn't , put it down. 💓 this book, author and A Great beginning, to a new series. This book is link , to the other Sinful series. 💓 Katerina, Leo, Riley, Hamish,and Alexsei.
This book has so much, kick a** women, Katerina, brave, men were different personality ( they just click), funny scenes that was So funny, secrets, action, Mafia Princess, Camo appearances by the other characters in the earliest book( which I 💓), wonderful characters, unpredictable, entertaining and so on. 💓 this book. Can't Wait to read, more from her.

I really enjoyed Katarina’s story, it was great to learn more about her and her story. I loved watching how vulnerable she allowed herself to be with her guys and how she eventually opened up to them. I loved how the guys all encouraged her and didn’t want to change her just allowed her to open up to them in her own time. Great read!

If you have been reading this series, you are more than ready to hear about Katrina Volkova. Just like I was. Katrina has shown up in several books wreaking shop and taking names, Katrina is nothing to play with. She is taking her place as queen. Katrina is the next head of the Bratva. She doesn’t know who to trust.
Leo came into her life as a self-defense instructor turned bodyguard. Riley owns the local coffee shop. Alexsei is a part of the family. Last but not least, Hamish, the annoying neighbor. Can Katrina afford to trust anybody? It seems that everyone is out to get her. Who can she depend on?
This book is a little different. None of these guys knew each other before. Katrina brought these guys together. Is this family ready to fight to keep them together? I loved this book just as much as the other books in the series. Ms. Bardot knows how to create a story that makes readers fall in love with the characters. I really enjoyed how strong Katrina is. She rules a whole organization by herself.

I can not say enough about how emotional I was reading this story. I absolutely loved the FMC. I loved the relationships that didn't happen overnight. I love the drama, the twists and turns and the mafia feel is definitely strong. All the MMCs are hot and hit all my marks on an individual level. This was an excellent why choose mafia romance. Strong characters, great plot, and plenty of heat. I couldn't put it down.

This is the best book so far in this whole world. She really hit this one out of the park. Now, it is a stand alone in the sense that it’s a spin off from the original 4 books (Sinner’s Bay) but we knew of Katerina the whole time. Especially the last book (These Sinful Lies) in the original series, really is the catalyst for her own book. The whole book also encompasses all the families we have met previously and how they all relate to this situation. So I can see where some confusion come in if you don’t know all the background knowledge of the other four families (she does briefly touch on these characters but it’s best if you’ve read their stories first). Katerina, by no means, is a good person. But she was also someone else’s puppet for too long and she in her own healing era while trying to take back control of her Bratva. These men push her right to the edge of learning how to forgive, how to love again and how to trust people close to her again. All other these men have their own baggage they also bring but they really come together to support Katerina and her cause. This interconnected web and suspense storyline really kept me guess right until the end. Did I miss an epilogue that maybe gave us cohesive group scene? Oh yes. The steam between all these guys left me wanting more (maybe another slice of life novella is in our future) but the relationships that were created were so much more than just smut. If you’ve been following this series, this book is a must read and if you haven’t been, I’d read the other series first or be okay with gaps in knowledge about the side characters. Either way - add this book to your TBR!

This can be read as a standalone but does take place in the "Sinners Bay" world. You dont need to read them all to understand then but i highly recommend you do. They are all incredible and they have cameos throughout.
Katerina is a feisty spicy bad woman and i love her. She can handle her own. She becomes the head of the Bratva here stateside. She gets this position from taking it and in doing so makes alot of enemies along the way. Not knowing who she can trust she becomes very bitter and untrusting, but she ends up finding loyalty in some unexpected places.
These men, my god they are all so hot in their own way. LEO: the protector, RILEY: the wonderful sweet golden retriever, HAMISH: the sexy bad boy with an accent and ALEXSEI: the unexpected.
This book brought so many of my emotions to the surface. I was angry at times while others i laughed til i cried. And spicy whew. Please done forget to check your trigger warnings. But i sincerely hope you love this book as much as i did.

I was so excited to see that Katerina was getting her story! I loved this book. This may be a new series but is all link to Elizabeth Bardot earlier series. With cameo appearances of characters from earlier books and mafia organizations there is no dull moments in this story.
Katerina was a brave and kick ass woman after what all she had to deal with growing up in the Brava organization. Her four men were so different in personality but so perfect. Make sure you read the trigger warnings before reading because it isn’t for the faint of heart. That being said there were a few funny scenes that were hilarious. I enjoyed how the author worked in all past characters into this story. It was a fantastic book.

Sinful Secrets is book 5 of the Sinner’s Bay Series. This series keeps getting better and better. I don’t want it to ever end, but I know in my soul that eventually it will. I will probably ugly cry and suffer readers Stockholm syndrome, but Im all here for it and I don’t care what anyone thinks. I absolutely love anything I have read by Elizabeth Bardot, and this book is no exception. I loved everything about this book! I cannot wait to read the next book in this series and more books by Elizabeth Bardot!!!!!!!!!

I HIGHLY suggest reading the trigger warnings, especially since it is a dark mafia romance. It is a very violent, but very good, book. The book is absolutely insane, in an amazing way, and I loved it! The book has 5 point of views: Katerina, Leo, Hamish, Riley, Alexsei.
It isn’t your typical “male saves woman”, it is very much a baddie female that can handle herself. The book is a why choose, reverse harem with one female main character and four main male characters. Every one of the men have a history, same as the female main character.

WOW! Katerina is quite the badass woman who had so many hurdles to overcome as she takes the throne as the leader of the Bratva. Her journey and fight for her rightful place was filled with action, suspense, violence, corruption, betrayal and heartache. But Katerina prevails with the help of those closest to her and shows everyone just how fierce and powerful she truly is.
Such a fantastic story filled with all kinds of twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat the whole way through. And the spice – perfection!

We're back in the delicious Sinners Bay world. I LOVE THIS WORLD and all of these characters! Now, I suppose it may not be completely necessary but I would really suggest reading the Sinners Bay series before starting with Sinful Secrets. Seriously, you won't regret it! Putting these characters in place will definitely lend to a better reading experience. This series and this book is hands down among my most favorite books. They're absolute must reads!

Each man has a different personality and brings something different to the relationship and all of the together click.
I have read a few of this authors books and love them and this one didnt disappoint at all.
I would recommend reading the triggers if you have any as their are some.
I cannot wait to read more of this authors work

I will read anything by Elizabeth Bardot and I’m so excited for this latest addition to the Sinenrsverse.

The only reason I take a star off is when the grammar gets especially lazy toward the end of the book. I mean, for a writer, differentiating between their, there, and they're should be a no-brainer. The story, however, was 10/10. Love the series. Just wish I could be the editor.

I put this book off for a time, because I didn’t particularly like Katarina in the other books, but this really was a fun read. My favourite parts have been the neighbourhood war with the rose bushes and all the other schenanigans, if I’m being honest. All in all, I enjoyed the book and I liked most of the characters. 5 stars.

funniest in the series
I really enjoy this one. The whole series has been good but this one had me laughing so hard. Good story overall, I feel like she really enjoyed writing this one.
