Mmmmm
This was a fast read and I will be reading book 2 however it's a lot going on and a lot why moments to me. Why this or that and we don't get a reason just the drama and I will say the lack of self confidence of most of the main characters got old quick. However I do want to see what happens next

Must Read
I felt sorry for Heather. She thought her and Darryl marriage was good until he went behind her back and filed for a divorce and left her with absolutely nothing. Darryl is a trifling, lousy, disrespectful piece of sh*t. He thought the grass was greener with Farrah but found out the grass was dead and the water bill was higher. Farrah ain't nothing but a hoe who's using him. She have zero self respect. Herc have no filter. He's disrespectful towards anybody. I understand where his anger come from. The way his scandalous ass family turned on him for protecting his mother from his abusive father but he need to tone it down because everybody isn't his enemy. I'm surprised Heather is attracted to him after all the arguments they had, him calling her out of her name, pulling a gun on her, and throwing her in a lake,etc. Darryl see Heather have moved on and found out Farrah isn't worth a damn. Now he's in his feeling but he should keep his mouth closed because Herc done put hands on him twice. When Nisha gave her whole name at the beginning. I was laughing hard as hell and knew her mother had to be a mess and she is. Rolanda is so disrespectful, try to take all of Nisha hard earned money, verbally, and physically abusive towards her. You can tell Rolanda is jealous of her own child and that's why she try to tear Nisha down. Vasquez has his eyes on Nisha. He's smitten with her and go through great lengths to make her his woman. I was so glad he checked Rolanda although it didn't seem to stop her assault on Nisha. However Vasquez have a obsessed and stalking ex who don't know how to let go. Millie don't want to see him happy unless he's with her. I have a feeling that is Millie at the end who set Vasquez up and I wouldn't be surprised if Herc cousin Jock is involved.

Tina J brought the heat once again…
I am literally in a chokehold with the way the drama just unfolded in this book. Heather is such a sweetheart and was totally blindsided by Darryl and his shenanigans. But after refusing to be a victim she has put on her big girl panties and let go of her toxic marriage. Darryl is pure scum you don’t want Heather because you think you have something better but have a problem with her moving on to the next man what a narcissist. Herc is a mess he rude and aggressive and takes no sh$t, he gave poor Heather hell in the beginning but things eventually changed and I was glad too see it because she definitely deserved to be treated like a Queen. I just hope that she is ok in part 2 because I have a feeling something went down after she left her old apartment. Nisha is my girl but she has been dealt a bad hand by her hateful and spiteful mama. It’s crazy how jealous her mom is of her. Vasquez stepping in to help her out and finally letting her know that he wants to be with her is exactly what she needs but now there has been a whole other level of drama added to their situation by that cliffhanger. I definitely can’t wait until part 2 drops too see how all of the drama plays out because Herc and Vasquez are not two people you want to tangle with.

Authoress Tina J, please forgive me for cursing you out🤣🤣🤣. I had no idea this was a series, so of course I didn’t know this book ended on a cliffhanger, I hate those🤷🏽♀️.
Daryl was a bih a** phuck boy who only got a snippet of the karma coming his hoax a** way for three way he treated and disrespected Heather.
I was being disappointed when Heather gave into temptation, the latter a second cause the way sis bosses tf up on Daryl bih a** had me chewing her on.
My heart went out to Nisha😔. Her moms is gonna get her karma too cause that evil vindictive jealous ain’t is bih right there has me wanting to jump through the tablet on her 😡🤣.
Although Herc is a true gentleman, I love Ann’s hate him. That ninja is brewing disrespectful and he needs to seek therapy for his anger issues.

Now this book had me from page one, the audacity of Heather's husband to try to be so sneaky then gets jealous when she agrees to everything not wanting anything but the car he still wanted to be selfish, but big bad Herc stepped in the way they started at each other reminded you of when your were in middle school and a boy liked you so he treated you badly that's what the both of them did to each other. Now when Herc took her to Paris making her feel like the Queen she is was crazy. Can't wait to see what Darryl and his mistress got up their sleeve now.

I wish these authors stop trying to write like other good authors, i.e., Nina. Tina J you write ok but your not good, too many grammatical errors but it's not as many as before. Also Google information you're unsure of, for example, Wal-Mart in Paris, France don't exist. Its stupid and shows the level of writer you are. I may sound harsh so I apologize but this is just ignorant. A little research don't hurt.

OMG...Hamburgerler? This book has it all. Every emotion is covered including humor without needing to be funny. Well, yeah I guess it was meant to be. Herc and Heather are meant to be. Farrah and Darryl, hmph anyway! Elian and Nisha, I'm here for it! Part 2 better be just as good.

I must say this book was pretty average, but it cheered me up and made me laugh when everyone started beating Daryll's ass.

Im going to be real… this book had potential but it just alot of stuff happening with no rhyme or reason. Real life just random things with no bridge in between. Idk how I got here. 😂😂😂

Let me start off by saying I have read several books by this author and was looking forward to reading something new. The characters development was all over the place. It lacked the seamless flow. I found myself re-reading paragraphs thinking I missed a page. I would have given this a 5 star because it has potential but I’m not even sure I want to finish the series.

I enjoyed the book from beginning to end. So many twist and turns. Herc and Elian are some characters. Nisha and Heather are true friends. Darryl is definitely a snake. I hope he lose everything. Nisha mama is crazy as hell.
