(i didn’t listen to the audio of these i’m just using this copy to count all the books as one since they’re all so short)
“just a girl” was absolute my favorite out of them all, i actually loved the style of the book and how it was only told through transcripts of things tiktok videos, emails, discord msgs, etc. and i usually don’t like modern things in books but it felt so real even the language used was very gen z i was so invested in what was gonna happen i was actually sad when it was over bc i wanted more of tiana!!!!
“people like them” & “heart of a mother” were both alright, not spectacular but they were fun reads!
“murder at the royal ruby,” “the mosquito,” & “slot machine fever dream” all weren’t the best, i didn’t like them very much
overall 2.5 stars feels accurate enough for the collection as it’s been my least favorite of amazon’s collections so far. except just a girl ❤️ 5 stars for her
