I have been holding out on this series quite a long time and only now do I realise what a mistake it was..
Although soo glad I finally read it
NOTHING mortal could compare to Tahereh Mafi's work..

If you've read Shatter Me, you may already know the level of writing and world building we talk about.
If not, you're in for a RIDE
I suggest you read, process.. jump around and then repeat. as I definitely did 😌

*Feverish
*Rocking your world
*So many emotions
*Really slow burn
*Not smut but well placed iroticism
*Thrilling plot twists
*Pace is pacing

*ROMANCE ..yess

Really really liked ALIZEH..

I have to say Tamran was a character I subtly appreciated in first 2 books.
but then he had to go and be an arsehol3..

And and HAZAN.. how can I forget him..
he was a breathe of fresh air

Also, the way there wasn't simply some line drawn of this is right, this is wrong.. The characters weren't vilified and so glad Tahereh wrote them human.
It was experience centered rather than just stating the story..


You may feel tad bit bothered by minute details of every single thing but I enjoyed it very much in the bigger picture.

EDIT..
I finished reading all three books but guess what??
This said "trilogy" is not actually an trilogy and thus didn't conclude in 3 books.. ,🙂

It seems I'm stuck now waiting for the next book to release which is awful because I only started reading once I knew it to be trilogy and that all three books were out!!

That's not where it ends tho, we are not even sure how many more books there will be ..😭

But then it's Tahereh and Shatter me reigned whole 13 books so yeah.. not that surprised.

4.5/5.. CYRUS carried the story. Alizeh a little passive early on but she kinda grows on you. Very strong romantasy open!
