Aww that was so sweet and steamy and their chemistry was hot. I loved the heroine, she was a true angel and hero was alpha and lovable. Totally safe: virgin heroine, celibate hero, tiny angst. Super adorable epilogue with 4 kids and pregnant heroine. I really like this author.

Nicole Rose default rating of five stars. I don't know if I've ever rated her anything else. Another great story. I'm so sad that this Her Alpha series is over but I see that it leads into the claimed series which is also amazing. I remember back when I first read Teaching Rowan what the story was behind these two. I love how she ties all her series together.

Their chemistry is so cute together and i do love the banter on "dont boss me around" 🤣 but even with their love their is tiny drama nothing to extreme ;)

This was another enjoyable read from Nichole Rose. I was just as irritated as Cadence was at Colton in the beginning of the book. And while he had a good reason I think he still could have called the school to notify them he was going to be late. Game was such a little sweetheart and Colton turned out to be just as sweet. He pulled out all the stops showing Cadence he was the man for her. She was powerless to resist the man, he was incredibly charming, sexy and sweet.

She has written another steamy, sizzling, HEARTFELT romance with NO CHEATING, a possessive and dominant alpha hero who falls to his knees for the sweet, innocent and sassy girl who claims his heart! Read this when I thought NR was the best thing....now I think her old shit is the worst, but it was safe and since discovering my undying love for DV couples and my hatred for experienced heroes, my tastes have changed so I am writing a short review.

Celibate hero (not a manwhore compared to all the others in the series, but still not good enough considering he IS experienced)

This is a billionaire picking up his nephew from school (the nephew is the best part of the story). The teacher has a migraine, and the hero falls for her insta love style and takes her to her house to take care of her. It is the only worthwhile short story in the series, but could have been better if DV, so still not worth ever revisiting again.

OMG! This one is awesome! I loved the bickering they do back and forth. Wonderful quick read with an amazing HEA!
Colton meets Candace when he picks up his nephew from school, because his sister is in labor. Candace is Gabe's, Colton's nephew, teacher. Candace adores all of her student, she would do anything for them. Candace has a migraine and doesn't want to take her medicine until Gabe is picked up. After Colton arrives and they are introduced, he realizes he wants to take her out to dinner. Colton realizes Candace is suffering and ask her why she hasn't taken anything. Candace tells Colton she would never take anything while with her students. Then Colton realizes he has to take care of Candace. Colton takes Candace home and makes sure to get her medicine. Colton leaves Candace on the couch and tells her to sleep. Colton takes Gabe to see his new baby sister, Gia and to let Gabe's grandparents take him for the night. Colton returns to Candace and has food to feed her, she is very shocked when she finds out this billionaire wants to see her. Candace doesn't think Coltons life will fit with hers. After all she isn't use to the things Colton is. Candace is introduced to Colton's new niece, Gia, she already knows Colton's sister. Candace feels it's too soon to be introduced to Colton's family. Her Date with an Alpha, Book 5 of the Her Alpha series, was about 24-year-old Cadence Grayson (the sister of Carter Grayson, the MMC in Book 1), an elementary school teacher, and 39-year-old Colton Walker, the owner and CEO of a commercial construction company.
Cadence met Colton when he arrived at the school two hours late to pick up his nephew, whose mother was giving birth to his baby sister. To say that he fell in love at first sight would be an understatement. Realizing she wasn't feeling well, he drove her home and got her some medicine to help with her migraine. Then he left to take his nephew to see his mom and dad.
This story had very little angst or drama, almost no push/pull between the two main characters, and absolutely no conflict. While it wasn't bland, it was still a bit one-dimensional. It needed a bit more angst and drama to make it feel more realistic, but it was still a sweet story.
Both main characters were well-developed and mature, with plenty of room for growth. There wasn't anything to keep them apart, which was something that the author dropped the ball on because the Blurb set the story up to sound like there would be something that would try to drive a wedge between the characters...but there wasn't. Still, the book earned a decent four-star rating. It was a great ending to a wonderful series. It will join the rest of the series in my Keeper for the Shelves collection.

This was short and fun, very insta too considering they were dropping the Love word after 3 days of meeting. Colton (39) was over the top and crazy obsessed with Cadence. (24) I can't deal with him demanding things from her after 2 hours they've met. 😂 He was sure of his bulldozing ways and I'm not even annoyed by that. Love at first sight was really on point in this book.
Cadence was feisty, she doesn't let Colton boss her so much and she stood up to him when he became an overbearing jerk. She was so cute arguing with him. And I really like her character as a woman and as a preschool teacher. She was just a kind and gentle soul.
The two of them were so hot. The relationship progress was fast, waaay too fast considering everything happened in less than a week. But I didn't mind the fast development, they were both silly "in love" and I'm here for it.
The epilogue was nice too, though I did find it a bit unclear anyway, this was a nice novella and I had fun reading it.

Who hasn't imagined a handsome billionaire seemingly coming out of nowhere and with one look deciding that you were his forever love? Well even if you haven't, that's exactly what happens to Cadence Grayson, an elementary school teacher, when Colton Walker arrives late to her classroom to pick up his young nephew. Cadence is Carter Grayson's (the hero from Her Alpha Daddy Next Door) younger sister, so she knows a thing or two about handling alpha males. After spending most of his time building his empire and not really thinking about women, Colton walks into her classroom and sees his future in Cadence's eyes. He's determined to win her love in spite of the obstacle she tries to put in front of him. I'm so sorry to see the Her Alpha series come to an end, but I really love this story as its conclusion. A collection of all the stories with additional epilogues and bonus scenes should be arriving soon, and I cannot wait! Her Date with an Alpha is a scorchingly hot, safe read with a celibate hero, a virgin heroine and no cheating. Highly recommend this book and the rest of the series.

A nice slow but sure romance between sweet teacher h and workaholic mogul H. I think this is the last instalment from alpha series from Ms Rose, and I kinda feel bummer bout it; I don't want it to end so soon. The story wrapped nicely with a few crossover characters from other books. The story was OTT instalove though I like the sweetness dynamic between the MCs. Both were putting family first and it reflected on the way they interacted with each other. It left me sweet and tingling warm-ish feelings by the time I finish it.

Cadence is a perfect fit!!!
Cadence is a first grade teacher and loves the kids she teaches. When Gabe, one of her students, she's up getting picked up late by his Uncle Colton she is a little upset with Colton cause she has a migraine. Then he ends up taking care of her and talking her into a date with him, only she doesn't believe she fit his billionaire lifestyle. Will she give Colton a real chance to prove that just because he has money, it doesn't define who he is? This is a wonderful story and I highly recommend it!

Great Storyline!
I really enjoyed reading this book. I've always relished moments of funny, zany, quirkiness and of course the alpha male tendencies that make up the characters as I read thru their adventure. This book had truckloads of it. So, made my journey reading it even more enjoyable. Love the epilogue and the dialogue with their youngest child.

Colton is allll alpha and everything you want in a book boyfriend. One look at Cadence and its game over for him. He know realizes everything he has been missing and wants in his life. Cadence believes she doesn't fit into his world. Colton however isn't one to back down and does everything he can to show her how "normal" he is regardless of the money in his bank account.
Their story was short on words but full of steam, heart and heat. I loved it!!!!

The safest of the series!! loved it.
This book should not be in this series. It should be with Sebastian and Rowan’s story. It’s the safest book of the series. Colton fell instantly. He is super decent, super alpha, but also patient with her. He hast had a relationship in 2 years and doesn’t sleep around. She’s a virgin. No ow/om drama. No cheating. HEA.
I loved the book. Colton is the best and what he says is easy swoon worthy or hot!! Read this one!

Que decepção, terceiro livro da autora que leio que tem exatamente a mesma fórmula (virgem, 'eu te amo, quero te engravidar', casa comigo nos primeiros dias que se conhecem. Sem contar que ele não pede a mulher em casamento, ele demanda), peguei de séries diferentes para ver se mudava, mas infelizmente parece que são todos iguais.

Colton and Cadence were the perfect couple to conclude this series! I loved his bossiness, and I loved watching her try to deny she hated it! These two were perfect and the sex was spicy! I swear I had happy tears in my eyes how Colton surprised her for Christmas. Every book in this series was absolutely perfect and each couple was perfect!

I am just loving Colton! He's alpha, dreamy and hot. Cadence was ok, seems like a good person but kind of annoying at times with her sass. However, their romance was still super cool and super sweet!
