A genuinely written book that says it how it is. Yvan provides a comprehensive insight into the psychological qualities needed by a trader when the bell rings, but most importantly in everyday life. The books message is simple and easily applicable for the reader, whilst staying engaging throughout. Arguably my favourite trading read to date…
the idea of FACE, ACT and .... has many beneficial only if you practice. putting huge pressure on the "Don't break the chain" and insisting on mindfulness in an everyday show up was the main ideas the books tried to address. i am as a humble reader, appreciate the tremendous effort has been done by the author. the readability of the book is normal. it was a good experience.
I really wanted to like this book, I bought it on the day it was released on Amazon because I love his tweets. I am saddened to say that his twitter is so much better than his book. This is coming from a full time trader that has read almost every trading book out there. The likes of Brett Steenbarger unfortunately trumps this book, hopefully Yvan releases another that is better.
