The List grabbed my attention from the start with Brett’s quiet unraveling and the heavy weight of secrets hanging over everything. Even just partway in, I found myself really feeling his mix of guilt, confusion, and desperate hope. Natalie’s sudden disappearance and success added a surprising depth, she’s not just a background figure but a force challenging Brett’s world and mine as a reader.

The story feels honest and raw, exploring trust and forgiveness without easy answers. The writing is straightforward but emotionally rich, making it easy to get pulled in and reflect on how fragile relationships can be.

It’s the kind of book that lingers in your mind, making you think about the messy realities of love and redemption, even before turning the last page.

* Finally Breathe *

This is a Romantic Suspense Novella that is quick and easy to read and without a doubt extremely suspenseful as intended.

I absolutely loved the story line. A "The Silent Patient" with "Verity" even a little "The Skull Keeper" with the setup scene. Brilliant! Truly gripping.

I thought almost every new time chapter that I knew what was going on. I really didn't, that plot twist at the end was 🤯 really did not see that coming!

Is Natalie really vindictive or she is fuelled by much more?

How would you react?

I throughly enjoyed the gasp and explicits I sent out when it ended 😅 so frustratingly fun!
