The Bizzics Way is a fun read - I realize I'm talking about a book that combines business and physics. It's the combination that actually makes it interesting. Actually, I better understand some of the physics classes from high school, like potential energy, while reading this book. Applying the concepts of energy to business also helps the reader decide if being an entrepreneur is the right move for them. Since I have just started CozyBookShoppe.com, it confirmed to me that I'm on the right path and I'm already applying what I've learned. Chip Higgins has extensive experience working with small businesses and start ups in addition to being an interesting writer. This is a book I highly recommend, especially if you are thinking about starting a business. Do yourself a favor and read this book first!

An amazing methodology!
The author starts the book talking about physics, and you and I are probably wondering what does physics have to do with the business I have or want to create? And the answer is: EVERYTHING. It has everything to do with it because from that perspective Chip proposes different business practices that are easy to understand through this methodology, such as how you should use creative and entrepreneurial energy to make your business grow and see it as a giant.
I love the storytelling that the author uses to introduce complex and robust concepts and convert them into very easy to understand learning through the similarity he makes with the laws of physics. If you are looking for a strategic ally, I am sure that this text will be of great help; also, because it proposes methodologies that are simple to apply. I recommend you to read this magnificent and fun text!

This is an interesting book; it mixes physics with leadership and management topics! And it starts by assuring the reader that the author is not a physicist nor the one reading was to be either, the key to this book is to understand by presenting real-world scenarios and examples the author can help understand how to apply the laws of physics into the business world in a clear and easy way for anyone without experience is able to follow along too. Learning how to build a business and how to make it last from a physics perspective is a great way to take on that task. This is an interesting book addressed to everyone but specially orientated to people who want to power their business.
It is an agile and interesting piece of work. This is possible due to the prior knowledge, intense research and huge experience of the author. The comparisons that he makes between physics and business at times seemed confusing to me and I had to concentrate more on the reading. Anyway, this is due to my poor knowledge of the subject.
By following Chip's recommendations and understanding the real cases he exposes, it is pretty easy to take a company to the next level. Personally, I could build confidence.

This is a well written and practical guide for those looking to start their own business. Lots of great tips written in a way that is easy to understand and digest. As someone who is considering a small business as a post retirement option in a couple years, I found this to be a good guide with some great advice. I received an advance review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
